Story
Carson was adopted, returned for acting like a puppy and has now been in a foster for 2 months with no applications! He is such a good dog and should be raised with his forever family, he loves people, dogs and is ready for his next adventure! Name: Carson Location of dog: Dunnville, Ontario Breed: vet suspects border collie/Bernese Mix Weight: Approx 50lbs Gender: Male Spayed/Neutered: No, will be at the appropriate age Age: 7 months Energy Level: High Medical (shots, etc): up-to-date Microchipped: will be when neutered Good with dogs: yes, very excited to play with other dogs Good with cats: yes, interested in them (fosters cat is apprehensive and has not let him near her) Good with kids: yes. Younger, he's very excitable and rough-playing but good with redirection Good with strangers: yes, greets everyone with joy Guarding Issues: none. House Trained: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Destructive: normal puppy behavior but good with correction Leash skills: working with him- doing much better. - does well when you stop upon pulling, then wait for the leash to slack before continuing the walk. Very treat motivated. Okay, with manipulations: yes Known commands: sit, lay down, paw, wait, back. - working on out and come Behavior Issues: normal puppy behaviour; chewing, mouthing- does well with redirection Medical issues: none Other Observations: From Carsons foster: Carson is so sweet and full of puppy energy. Gets along fantastic with the other dog in the home. Very comical- drags his legs around and makes the funniest noises. Loves walks, playing fetch, and playing with other dogs. Carson sits and sits for his food and will eat when you say take it. Carson is crate-trained at night and when left alone in the home. Carson is super smart; he's still a puppy so needs redirection but with the right training he will do great. A wonderful addition for anyone who has time and outdoor space. Loves to snuggle and be as close to his person as he can.

Story
Cream is currently in Vancouver foster home. We accept both Canada/US applicants. Cream may start a bit shy, but don't let that fool you - a few treats are all it takes for him to warm up and show his true colours. He's surprisingly comfortable with strangers, willingly allowing them to lift and carry him without a fuss. This people-focused pup is a toy enthusiast, always ready for a game or a cuddle session with his favourite humans. While he's not opposed to the company of other dogs, Cream prefers the company of people. As for our feline friends, Cream is a curious observer. Although he hasn't lived with cats before, he shows no inclination to chase or bother them, displaying a healthy level of curiosity instead. With a moderate to high energy level typical of a puppy his age, Cream thrives on plenty of playtime to burn off his puppy energy. On walks, Cream is a well-behaved companion, sticking close to his handler and following commands with ease. However, loud noises can startle him, prompting him to seek shelter and comfort. While he may need some additional training for busy street walks, Cream is a quick learner and eager to please. Due to his shelter upbringing, Cream has developed some resource-guarding tendencies around other dogs, particularly when it comes to food. With patient guidance and positive reinforcement, he can learn to overcome this behaviour and feel secure in his new home environment. True to his nature, Cream is a quiet and calm companion, whether lounging in the car or resting in his crate during long rides. While he may drool a bit during extended journeys, his overall demeanour remains composed and collected. When it comes to potty training, Cream is a champ, preferring outdoor relief and keeping his living space immaculate. But perhaps his most endearing quality is his unwavering loyalty and devotion to his chosen human. Once he forms a bond, Cream's heart belongs solely to you, ready to shower you with love and protection for years to come. If Cream sounds like the perfect addition to your family, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team. This sweet pup is ready to bring endless joy and companionship into your life! Story
I'm a 5-month-old male Border Collie mix with a heart full of love and a zest for life. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. My journey began in a rather tough spot – a dog meat farm, but thankfully I've been given a second chance. I was rescued with my mom and siblings just before facing the possibility of euthanasia at a City shelter where it's allowed by law One thing you should know about me: I'm a people person, or rather, a people-dog! I adore meeting new humans, and it doesn't take me long to become fast friends with anyone I meet. While I'm not a seasoned walker yet, I'm eager to learn and rely on my human for guidance. However, busy streets can be a bit intimidating for me. When it comes to other dogs, I'm pretty indifferent. I don't seek their company, but I also don't mind it. Barking isn't really my style, and I tend to keep things pretty chill, even in the kennel. However, when it comes to food, I can get a little protective and growl at other dogs. It's just my way of saying, "Hey, that's mine!" I'm a good boy at the vet's office and during bath time. I'm also pretty good at using indoor potty pads, although I prefer to do my business outside when given the chance. Overall, I'm a sweet, affectionate pup who's just waiting for a loving home to call my own. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's ready to shower you with love and affection, look no further! Come meet me, and let's see if we're a perfect match! To see more Videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N7h4IFyxW_4&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JxlhutFLFGTu1HsX6xQDy_6 ❤ we accept both Canada/US applicants ❤
