Mama Coco is a gorgeous, happy-go-lucky Bulldog mix with the biggest smile and an even bigger heart! At approximately 4 years old and 45 pounds, she's the perfect medium-sized companion who is ready to leave her past behind and start the life she's always deserved.
For the first three years of her life, Coco knew very little kindness. She spent her days chained outside, receiving almost no attention while having litter after litter of puppies. Since joining rescue, she's discovered what it means to be loved—and now all she wants is to share that love with her forever family.
Coco is one of the most affectionate dogs you'll ever meet. She absolutely loves people and hands out kisses freely to everyone she meets. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or heading out for an adventure, Coco simply wants to be by your side. She especially loves car rides and happily hops in to be your co-pilot wherever you're going.
She's wonderful with children and enjoys meeting new people. Her sweet personality and constant smile make friends everywhere she goes.
Coco gets along well with dogs of all sizes, although she's a gentle, submissive girl and can sometimes be intimidated by more dominant dogs. She has shown too much interest in chasing cats, so we recommend a cat-free home.
She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and walks beautifully on a leash. Coco is also learning all about life as a cherished indoor family member, and she's embracing every minute of it.
Mama Coco has spent her life giving to others. Now it's finally her turn to be spoiled, adored, and treated like the princess she has always deserved.

Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.
The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.
NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
