Story
Hi, my name is Beauty and I am about 10 years old, a bigger gal (shhh... about 34 pounds).  I am a casual and low-key girl, looking for a home to spend my days relaxing and chilling with my people.  Wherever I live, I might need to be the only dog, or be with very laid back others, and I will do just fine!  I am very submissive with my people, and I live to please!  I do well in a large crate if I need to be home alone.  I had surgery to repair one of my hind legs and because of arthritis in that leg, I am not the kind to go for “long walks on the ‘beach’” (er, I guess since this is Texas, it would be the sidewalk!), and I don’t care for stairs or hard floors that might be slippery, but I make up for my special requests in my cuteness and great companionship!  I can't jump up on furniture or get off of the couch if you have helped me up to lay with you.  I do well in the car if you ever wanna take me places, though!  My eyes were very bad and hurt me so they were removed by the kind vet and I feel much better now.  I also have a habit now of walking on three legs as my one leg with arthritis hurts me from time to time.  I would love to find a home where my person or people are home a lot or can take me places with them.  My adoption fee is $75. NEEDS TO BE AN ONLY DOG AND NO YOUNG CHILDREN, NEEDS BACKYARD.If you are interested in any of our Boston Terriers or would like to be eligible to adopt a Boston Terrier through our rescue in the future, please fill out an application. Hey y'all! My name is Dallas and I'm 8 year old boy looking for my forever home. I love to play with toys  but my foster mom says I will settle down in the evenings for some  good tv watching time with you.  I'm a sweet playful boy who would love to find a home with a nice yard. I am very bossy and should be the only dog in your home. I love to go for rides in the car and I'm crate trained. I'm a good boy with lots of playful energy. Best with older children.  My adoption fee is $275.00. Story
Hello there! My name is Miss Priss and I am a sweet 10-year-old gal who weights 29 pounds. I do need to lose a bit of weight according to my foster Dad and I think he is probably right, but I don't want to talk about that.  My foster Dad has actually put me on this thing called a diet (I thought that was only for humans!) and I have actually started losing weight.  I am now a slimmer girl at 29 lbs., but he says I still need to lose a little more.  I am a sweet girl who is calm and low key but can also be quite peppy and even a little feisty now that I have lost a few pounds.   Priss likes to play tug of war with her foster Dad but hasn't quite learned the rules of engagement with other dogs.  She currently has two foster siblings in her foster home and has taken to the bow and hop invitation to play or indulge in tug of war but is still learning how to play well with others.  I love going for walks and am a great cuddler.  I will curl up next to you on the sofa or in bed and I have a very soft snore that is very endearing according to my foster Dad. I am crate trained, house trained and love to nom-nom on certain stuffies that have grunts and squeaks in them.  Priss is also fascinated with squirrels and birds! I am a great companion and would probably do best with a more mature person or couple, though I love meeting people of any age. I am a gentle and polite lady who would love to be part of your family.  Miss Priss has an aggressive cancer (sarcoma) on her rear leg that may require surgery once she reaches her goal weight, just a few more pounds to go. Miss Priss is a hospice foster and will live out the rest of her days with her amazing foster daddy!  He will provide all of the love and care this sweet girl needs and deserves. If you would like to make a donation to help with her care it would be appreciated. Thank you for your continued support in our rescue efforts!
