Story
Millie is a boxer, Chihuahua plus plus plus mix, around 2 years old and a petite 30 pounds. She still has spunky puppy play energy but is also up for napping throughout the day in her bed. She is kennel, potty, and leash trained. It takes her a little while to get comfortable in a new setting but once she does, she loves her people. Millie loves her ears rubbed. She is partially deaf but is highly food motivated and quick to learn. She is interested in cats but less so the more she sees them. She is snuggly with people of any size, even ones with little grabby hands. New dog intros have been fine for her with dogs 8-65 lbs. She loves her time outside exploring and smelling everything she can. With her high energy and initial unsureness in new environments, she would thrive with another dog to help guide her into the day to day routine but she has been doing fine in her alone time in the yard. She is a little much for very young kids as she doesn't always know where her body is at and can knock them down if they aren't used to that type of dog. Millie just needs a family to give her patient guidance and structure while she settles into the family.

GINGER ANN IS READY TO MEET YOU IN THE PNW!! Ginger is sooo ready to be a family dog. She is already potty and crate trained, does great on leash, has great house manners, can keep herself entertained with a kong, enjoys a good game of fetch or chase the laser pointer, loves kids and new people, and brings so much joy to wherever she goes! She would make an amazing adventure dog! She loads and unloads in the car on her own, making it easy to bring her along. She is also amazing in the car- she just stares out the window to people watch. She loves the water so if you enjoy beach days, she is the perfect girl for you! She will want to get in the ocean and run wild! This sweet girl is a typical boxer meaning she is goofy, confident, friendly, happy-go-lucky, and so affectionate! She has so much personality and is just a joy to be around. She will keep you laughing nonstop with her fun little boxer hops and goofy tonguey smile! She would love a big yard to get her zoomies out or someone who loves adventuring who does not have a yard! Not only is Ginger super fun loving and adventurous – she is also very intelligent! She knows how to sit and shake and could learn lots more with her new family. She is super food motivated making her highly trainable. If you have a treat in your hand, she will be your best friend. As you can see in her video, she greets other dogs so easily in public. She’s a strong girl so she would do best with a “leader” mommy or daddy. She is such a smart girl and would make an amazing forever companion! She truly loves her humans and is fiercely loyal. She would love nothing more than to just be your partner in crime for the rest of her years. Ginger does say no cats please - they just are too tempting to chase! **CHECK OUT HER NEW INSTAGRAM PAGE: @GoodGirlBeanss Don’t miss out on this fun-loving girl! The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5-year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Hi my name is Shujaa but my foster family calls me Ollie! I’m a 7 month old black boxer/potter mix and I weigh about 25 lbs! I was abandoned at the Three Little Pitties Rescue facility in Friendswood, Tx; completely malnourished and with puncture wounds all over my neck. Thankfully 3LP took me in and gave me the medical care i desperately needed! I am slowing gaining weight and getting back my puppy energy! My foster mom says I’m a spider monkey because I always find a way to climb into her lap! I live with 5 other dogs all bigger than my and I love to cuddle with a couple of them. It looks like a lot of fun when they all play, but I’m still working up the courage to jump in. My foster mom, doesn’t think I’m ready yet, keeps saying I’m too small; but I’m going to show her soon that I can play with the big dogs! My 3 favorite things are food, cuddles and chasing the tennis ball. I’m working on potty training and so a good job when I’m frequently let outside. I sleep all night in my kennel without any accidents. It makes me sad when it’s time to go to bed and whine a little but usually settle down after a few minutes. I’m just a puppy so my personality keeps growing and changing but my foster family thinks I’m super super sweet and smart! I have already learn to sit for my food! Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle That’s the best way to describe Daphne’s first impressions! She loves people and shows it by how excited she is to meet you. Daphne gets excited but she doesn’t jump, as a matter of fact she rolls and its belly up for some belly rubs! Daphne is affectionate and she will pass out kisses too! Daphne is not only people friendly, she loves dogs too. She gets just as excited to make new friends as well. Daphne met a cat during her assessment and was avoidant she would most likely end up friends with cats given the time and proper introductions. Daphne loves to go for walks, she can get excited on leash but she walks very well and gives her hander eye contact. She would do great with a bit of instruction in a new home. As you can see from Daphne’s pics and videos she’s a PRO CUDDLER, that’s right, Daphne loves her people and shows it with her whole body cuddle up next to you. She’s very smart too. Daphne knows commands, sit and shake. She’s so eager and treat motivated she would easily learn more. Daphne is house and crate trained. She is a pretty amazing dog who just loves life! Story
Adoption fee $100 Molly is the best! We love Molly and want her to go to a great home. We recently had our first child and have not been able to give Molly as much attention she needs. Molly found us in 2016. We are not sure what breed she is. We think she was around 2 years only at that time. So she may be around 7 years old currently though she still acts like a puppy. Loves to run and walk during the day and cuddle at night. An ideal home would be one that where she is the only dog and has a big yard (or property) so the can run. Molly loves attention and happily snuggles in on the couch. Molly has not been around many dogs as far as we know. She was fine with our 2 dogs but has not been socialized with other dogs. Molly comes with lifetime training from Sit Means Sit (lifetime warranty on training collar and equipment included) She is well trained. House broken. Sits, heels, lays down and loves to work. She learns fast.
