Story
Hey all, I’m Dodger, a little boy, one of 8 pups still looking fur my furever home! Momma Mia came to Molly’s Place in the nick of time giving birth to “10” of us who became known as her “Baby Beans!” Mia is a pitty/boxer mix and daddy dog is a purebred Boxer! Momma was surrendered from irresponsible people who didn’t get their dogs spayed/neutered. Momma has been soooo great to us 10 pups and is a pup herself. We love her dearly but now we “Baby Beans” have sprouted into fun lovin, zoomie running friendly pups if ever there was any! Now at 9 weeks old, we are ready for homes. Two of us have been picked, but the best are still available. We look more like Daddy Dog than Momma Mia, but our personality is fur sure like Mamma, lovin, friendly and just down right “Cute as a Baby Bean” can be! No gas here but fur sure will keep you in stitches with antics! Get your applications in! Kennel License #7198 To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 17, 2026, 4:06 pm

Story
Moon Pie's Story Meet Moon Pie 2 Years Old | 80 lbs | Spayed | UTD on Vaccines | House Trained Moon Pie is an 80-pound athlete wrapped in pure affection. She will be two years old on June 27 and is a Boxer × Hanging Tree mix — which means brains, drive, and heart in one powerful package. Her story began with resilience. She survived a severe back injury after being trapped under a pallet. A veterinarian stepped in, treated the wound, and gave her the second chance she deserved. You’ll see the scar — it’s part of her story, not a limitation. Moon Pie is deeply people-oriented. She believes she is a lap dog. She thrives on connection, attention, and having “her person.” Temperament & Home Needs * Loves people * High energy, working-dog drive * House trained * Spayed (September 11) * Up to date on vaccinations She does well with a small dog in her current home, but she has had conflict with a similarly sized, high-energy dog. For everyone’s safety and success, we are recommending: ✔ An only-dog home, or ✔ A home with a calm, opposite-sex dog after proper introduction ✔ Experienced handler preferred ✔ Secure fencing required ✔ Active lifestyle strongly encouraged This is not a couch-potato dog. Moon Pie will excel with structure, exercise, and clear leadership. Think hiking partner, property companion, training enthusiast, or someone who understands working-line energy. She is not aggressive toward people. She is powerful, athletic, and needs management that matches her drive. Ideal Home Someone who: * Appreciates strong, smart dogs * Understands arousal management * Provides daily mental and physical outlets * Wants a loyal, affectionate companion Moon Pie isn’t difficult — she’s driven. There’s a difference.

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Meet Ingrid! This adorable sweet girl with the super cute under bite is looking for a family who will never abandon her again. Ingrid was found on the street the weekend of the 4th of July. In 20+ years of rescue, I have never seen a dog who wanted to be rescued so bad. She was literally trying to jump in the window of the car. When the person who found her tried to drive away, Ingrid stood in the road crying and howling - literally BEGGING for help. Videos are in comments. Thankfully, these kind people did help. They opened the car door and she hopped right in. She has been safe in a foster home since then, and will be going into Paws in Prison next week. We really hope that by the time she graduates PIP, she will have a forever home ready for her. She deserves it. We don't know how long she was on the street. But we believe it was at least a few days. For the 1st 2 days she was in her foster home, all she did was sleep. She was completely exhausted. I wonder how many people she begged to rescue her, before someone finally helped her. We don't know Ingrid's breed, but my guess is boxer mix. With the under bite, that seems to be a possibility. Of course there could be 100 other breeds mixed in as well. There's no telling. What we do know is that Ingrid is full of love. She has a good energy level - plenty energetic enough to play and have fun, but she knows how to chill out and cuddle too. She is great with kids and is indifferent towards other non aggressive dogs. She would probably enjoy playing with another dog with similar energy. We will be getting to know more about her once she goes to Paws in Prison and while there, she will learn all the things to be her best self. Ingrid is about 2 years old and roughly 45 lbs. She is fully vetted.  She is an excellent car rider, and she is crate trained. She will graduate Paws in Prison mid October. If you prefer to do your own training, she can be adopted sooner!Ingrid is located in Arkansas. She can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NJ, or CT on Saturdays. To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message us or email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
