Our sponsors love to keep in touch and know how their sponsored fur buddy is doing :) When we have foster families we are thrilled to be able to take adoptable younger dogs :) So if you have ever thought about becoming fosters please feel free to go to our foster/volunteer page and fill out an application. The Ranch located at 737 Taylor Rd., Windsor, PA is always looking for dedicated volunteers that will commit to at least a 2 hour shift per week at the rescue. Volunteers work in play yards, help with laundry and feeding. Some enjoy landscaping or carpentry projects and some like to bake for the healing center visitors :) Thank you for supporting our mission of caring for the elderly and medically needy souls that need us! Fancy is a sweet, social girl who absolutely adores people and thrives on attention. She has a gentle, loving personality and truly enjoys being part of the action — whether that’s soaking up affection from her humans or playing alongside her canine friends. We got kali of Craigslist in north Carolina. She was raised with 2 other female dogs, one passed away last summer. In November as she matured her and the other older female got in a fight. We have kept the separated since. But this past week the older female got near her by accident, the gate separating them fell. Kali was on a leash being taken out. She attacked the female dog. She is sweet with us and my grandchildren, along with any company that comes over. We had it scheduled to get her spayed and if that didnt work possible training. But after this last time we decided to let her go but we want her to go to a good home. She is a year and 8 months old. And from what I have read it sounds like female to female aggression with maturity. She would be better off in a loving home with no other dogs. Not sure how she would do with a male. But would just feel better if she was the only dog.
