You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash. Shiloh has had an unfair start to life. Shiloh was rescued from a an extremely elderly lady who wouldn't keep her in the house because she was afraid the dog would cause her to fall. She kept Shiloh in the back yard all winter, and she started escaping the fencing from loneliness. This resulted in the woman putting her in a metal crate with no bottom or blankets so she could wash it out with a water hose. When Bonnie Lou found out about this, she contacted a rescue who said they would take this lovely girl. So, Bonnie brought her to her own home, inside the house. Then the rescue who is known for this stunt, dumped Shiloh on Bonnie permanently. No story needs to get to be this sad. This pup is adorable and gorgeous to boot. She is full of curiosity, and wants to interact with both people and dogs. GreenePets is doing a courtesy post for Bonnie Lou, and we have the ability to arrange transport to other states, so please someone open your heart to this babydoll.

Meet our local celebrity, Dora the Explorer! Dora is around 2.5 years old and she weighs around 58 lbs. Dora was spotted for over 1 year traveling a wide area and numerous concerned citizens became concerned that Dora had lost her way and her family. A group of volunteers made it their mission to rescue Dora. After being caught it was evident that at some point she had a family that loved her because she knew many commands and was proving to be a very intelligent girl. Dora is very playful. She bonds to her humans very quickly and would just love to be a couch potato when she is not out in the yard entertaining herself or having fun playing fetch. Her foster family has several older dogs and Dora seems fine with them, however, Dora would do great as well, as a single dog family because she loves her people! Any questions about her can be answered by her foster mom and we can put you in touch with her. Dora is ready to travel when the perfect home is found for her. Bella & her running buddy, were left on the streets to fend for themselves. They had been wandering around that neighborhood for a while and befriended a kind business owner who made sure they did not go hungry. Thanks to that Good Samaritan who gained their trust, they were taken in & have been in foster care since. She has gained 20 pounds since then and is doing great! She is approx 3 years old & is fully vetted. As you can see in the video, she is a loving playful pup. Bella is a joyful soul who bonds closely to her people. This 60 lb dreamboat will steal your heart and shower you with love every day. Her furever family is going to be lucky beyond belief. We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Tennessee and have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families.
