Story
Lucky is a 13 week female boxer/ pit mix who is an absolute love bug. She had a rough start in life but you'd never know it by looking at her. She loves everyone she meets so much that she wants to jump in your lap and snuggle. She definitely knows the meaning of the word lap dog!   Lucky is will likely be medium sized when full grown and is working very hard on potty training. She sleeps through the night in her crate and will whine to get up and go outside. She sleeps best  near her people so she knows she is safe.   Lucky is up to date on all her age appropriate vaccines, rabies , spayed and microchipped.   If you think Lucky will make your home complete then apply today at Tails of Hope Animal Reacue.   KL#18627 ##2333410##

Story
Hi, I'm Hootie, a 6 month old lab/hound/boxer mix weighing in at 40 pounds! I'm potty trained and crate trained! I know sit, paw, down and stay! I'm working on leash manners and learning not to jump when I get excited. I love  dogs and humans alike! I have not spent any time with cats but do like chasing squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits! My foster mom says I'm one of the sweetest puppies she's ever met! I'm good with older kids and was sweet to some younger ones I met at the park!  I'm curious and confident! I enjoy going on walks, chasing my ball, and snuggling with my foster mom.  I'm looking for a best friend who will throw my ball and give me lots of cuddles! Could that be you?    ##2419858##

Story
Meet Harry, a lovable and goofy 2-year-old boxer mix weighing in at 57 pounds. With his playful personality and obedient nature, he’s sure to bring joy to any home. Harry thrives on playtime, but he also knows when it's time to settle down, as he'll sit immediately when given the command. He’s great on a leash, making walks a breeze, and he gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making him an ideal companion for both human and canine friends. While Harry is eager to please and is quiet in his crate, he will need some support in his new home to perfect his house training. With a little patience and guidance, he will soon become the perfect addition to your family. Harry is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. He will be available for adoption on or after 6/8/25 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA 15144, KL 16182 ##2418424##

Story
Meet Zara – Your New Adventure Buddy! Zara is a 2–3 year old female Boxer mix with a heart as big as her smile. Don’t let the photos fool you — she’s smaller than she looks, but her personality is full-sized! This happy-go-lucky girl is always ready for fun, whether it’s a long walk, a ride in the car, or an epic game of tug-of-war (her absolute favorite!). Zara is extremely friendly and social — she wants to be everyone’s best friend. She lives in a foster home with multiple dogs of all sizes and gets along wonderfully with them, as well as with cats. She loves belly rubs, playtime, and being part of the action. She would do best in a home without dominant dogs and with older kids only, due to very mild food guarding behavior. It’s manageable (she’s currently not even separated during meals), but we want to set her and her future family up for success. If you’re looking for a joyful, affectionate, playful companion who’s always up for an adventure and ready to be your shadow, Zara is your girl. Story
Meet Loki – A Brave Boxer Mix Looking for Love and Guidance Loki is a young boxer mix with a heart full of love and a story of resilience. Rescued from a heartbreaking situation where another dog was starved to death, Loki arrived malnourished and scared, with a body score of just 3 out of 10. Today, thanks to proper care and nutrition, he’s a healthy weight and ready to begin the next chapter of his life with a loving family. We estimate Loki at about 2 years old. Loki is eager to please and has already mastered basic commands like “sit” and “lay down.” He’s passed his temperament test and is good with other dogs, cats, and people. However, due to his energetic nature and love of jumping, we recommend a home without small children. Loki’s Strengths: -Friendly and non-aggressive -Good with dogs, cats, and older children -Loves toys and playtime -Rides well in the car -Food-motivated and responds well to training Areas Loki Needs Help With: Loki is still learning the ropes of being a house dog. He will need: -House Training: Loki will need patience and consistency as he learns house manners. Positive reinforcement, frequent potty breaks, and a structured routine will set him up for success. -Crate Training: While Loki is currently afraid of the crate, with time and encouragement, it can become his safe place. -Leash Training: Loki is still working on walking calmly on a leash, so continued training will be key. -Building Confidence: Loki can be skittish and easily scared, crouching down when overwhelmed. He’ll need a patient owner to help him gain confidence at his own pace with positive reinforcement and treats. Ideal Home for Loki: Loki has one big request for his forever home: no small spaces or apartments. He struggles with separation anxiety and doesn’t do well in confined areas, so he needs a home where he has room to roam and a family that can give him the time and companionship he craves. A calm home with a family committed to continuing his training and helping him adjust to life as a beloved pet. A fenced yard and someone who is home often would be ideal for this sweet boy. He’s incredibly playful and loves his toys, so a family ready for fun is a must! Why Loki Deserves a Second Chance: Loki’s rough start hasn’t dampened his spirit. He’s full of love, energy, and potential, and with the right guidance, he’ll grow into a loyal, loving companion. If you’re looking for a dog to help mold into the perfect family pet, Loki is ready to join your team. Are you ready to help Loki on his journey to a brighter future? Apply today and give this courageous boy the loving home he’s been waiting for! If you would like to add Loki to your family, follow this link to apply https://airtable.com/shrAznkHf1ruIqQwq

Story
Deacon spent 6 years of his life in a shelter!! We had to give him a chance. When Deacon came out of the shelter he wasn't quite ready for the outside world. Luckily All The Way Canine Academy stepped up by taking him in to help him adjust to a life outside of the shelter. Deacon is ready to find his forever family and be given a real chance at a life he deserves. Deacon can be shy at first, understandably, but once he opens up he will happily give you butt wiggles and his paw asking for affection. Deacon is loving but doesn't need constant affection and can relax on his own. Deacon will easily relax in the home. He would do well with a crate as the crate is his safe place.
