Story

Pluto is the definition of resilience and pure joy. This incredibly handsome boy was given a second chance at life after we rescued him from a shelter down south, where he ended up after being hit by a car. Thanks to a dedicated veterinary team, Pluto’s leg was saved, though he now gracefully gets around on three strong legs, using his saved leg mostly for balance. But don’t let that fool you – Pluto doesn’t let anything slow him down! He’s full of life, love, and endless tail wags. His absolute favorite thing in the world? People! Pluto is a total cuddle bug who soaks up every bit of affection he can get. His happy, eager-to-please personality makes him an absolute joy to be around. Pluto is looking for a home where he can be your one and only pet. In return, he promises to fill your heart with love and your days with laughter. He’s house-trained, enjoys the company of adults and older children (ages 12+), and would thrive best with a physically fenced-in yard where he can explore safely. Pluto is being fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania and is ready to join a furever family ♥ www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz Senior Soulmates Program: We believe senior dogs and senior adopters make some of the very best matches. Through our Senior Soulmates Program, adopters age 65+ who welcome a senior dog (8 years or older) into their family receive a reduced adoption fee of $275 PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #handsomehunk #mostlymuttzrescue #totallovebug #adoptable #incredibleboy ##397632##

Story

Frank is a handsome adult Boxer-Bulldog mix with a tail that never stops wagging! This happy-go-lucky guy is all about the good life – whether he’s tossing around his favorite toy, soaking up the sunshine, or getting belly rubs from his favorite humans. Frank is great with kids and other dogs, making him an awesome companion for a family or a home with existing pups. He’s not a fan of cats (he thinks they’re meant to be chased), so a feline-free home is best. If you’re looking for a playful, outdoor-loving dog with a big smile and even bigger heart, Frank’s your guy. He’s neutered, fully vetted, and ready to bring joy to your home. We’d love nothing more than to see Frank finally make his way north. But for that to happen, he needs a committed foster or even better, a foster-to-adopt home. As a foster, we’ll provide everything you need to care for him. Frank is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease. The condition is curable, not contagious, and he’s receiving the proper care. We’ll send the remainder of his heartworm medication with him to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted recovery. Story

Jazzy needs a new place to call home, and it’s through no fault of her own. After two years in the same foster home, Jazzy is facing a big change. She’s lived successfully with young children and had a couple of professional training sessions to help set her up for success. Now, she needs someone willing to open their home and give her the stability she deserves. This beautiful Boxer mix is playful, adventurous, and full of personality. Whether it’s a long walk, a hike, a car ride, or simply spending time with her favorite people, Jazzy is ready to be your companion. She’s house-trained and crate-trained, too, although you’ll want to keep an eye on unattended snacks! Jazzy enjoys being part of a family and has done well living with children. She’s affectionate and loves her snuggle time, but she also appreciates a calmer environment. A home with children ages 8 and up who understand when she needs a little peace and quiet would be a great fit. Jazzy can occasionally be startled by unfamiliar noises, but she recovers quickly and gets back to enjoying the world around her. Jazzy needs to be the only dog in her home. Unfortunately, finding a foster home that can accommodate this requirement is especially challenging. Our few available homes for dogs who need to be the only pet are currently full. Without a new foster or adopter stepping forward, Jazzy will have to move into temporary boarding after two years in a home. We would much rather see her settle into a new home where she can feel safe, loved, and part of the family. Could you be the person who gives Jazzy her next chapter? She’s ready for a family to share adventures with, snuggle up beside, and love for the rest of her life. Jazzy is fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania. Jazzy is part of our Meet Me Program! Since Mostly Muttz Rescue does not have a physical shelter, this program connects prospective adopters directly with the foster or volunteer who knows each dog best. You can ask questions, learn more about Jazzy, and arrange an individual meet and greet at an approved location, either before applying or while your application is pending. To learn more, email meet_me@mostlymuttz.org with your contact information, and Jazzy’s foster or volunteer will be in touch. www.mostlymuttz.org Link to Jazzy’s bio: https://www.wagtopia.com/search/pet?id=2187880&name=Jazzy #mostlymuttzrescue #OneandOnly #adopt #fosterneeded #adoptdontshop #adoptable ##2187880##

Story

I have had Ragnar since he was a brand new puppy. He is a sweet boy, amazing with all animals, kids and people. Ragnar is crate trained, knows his basic commands and is mostly house trained. He has an occasional accident, just like any toddler. He has a wonderful personality and is constantly wagging his tail. He's such a little love, but I am a newly single mom and cannot give him the attention he deserves. I’ve also developed an allergy to his coat. He has the sweetest demeanor, a great smile, and he’s full of love. I’m heartbroken that I have to make this decision. I’m looking for a good home for my brindle boy.
