Story
Pluto is the definition of resilience and pure joy. This incredibly handsome boy was given a second chance at life after we rescued him from a shelter down south, where he ended up after being hit by a car. Thanks to a dedicated veterinary team, Pluto’s leg was saved, though he now gracefully gets around on three strong legs, using his saved leg mostly for balance. But don’t let that fool you – Pluto doesn’t let anything slow him down! He’s full of life, love, and endless tail wags. His absolute favorite thing in the world? People! Pluto is a total cuddle bug who soaks up every bit of affection he can get. His happy, eager-to-please personality makes him an absolute joy to be around. Pluto is looking for a home where he can be your one and only pet. In return, he promises to fill your heart with love and your days with laughter. He’s house-trained, enjoys the company of adults and older children (ages 12+), and would thrive best with a physically fenced-in yard where he can explore safely. Pluto is being fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania and is ready to join a furever family ♥ www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz Senior Soulmates Program: We believe senior dogs and senior adopters make some of the very best matches. Story
Frank is a handsome adult Boxer-Bulldog mix with a tail that never stops wagging! This happy-go-lucky guy is all about the good life – whether he’s tossing around his favorite toy, soaking up the sunshine, or getting belly rubs from his favorite humans. Frank is great with kids and other dogs, making him an awesome companion for a family or a home with existing pups. He’s not a fan of cats (he thinks they’re meant to be chased), so a feline-free home is best. If you’re looking for a playful, outdoor-loving dog with a big smile and even bigger heart, Frank’s your guy. He’s neutered, fully vetted, and ready to bring joy to your home. We’d love nothing more than to see Frank finally make his way north. But for that to happen, he needs a committed foster or even better, a foster-to-adopt home. As a foster, we’ll provide everything you need to care for him. Frank is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease. The condition is curable, not contagious, and he’s receiving the proper care. We’ll send the remainder of his heartworm medication with him to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted recovery. Story
Jazzy’s story almost ended too soon—she was on the brink of euthanasia at an overcrowded shelter when a foster stepped up to save her. At the last minute, that plan fell through, but thankfully our rescue was able to take her in. Since then, she’s been charming everyone she meets. This stunning Boxer mix is full of life, love, and personality. Playful and adventurous, Jazzy is the perfect companion for someone who enjoys long walks, hikes, or simply getting out and about. She’s both house-trained and crate-trained, making her a wonderful roommate—though she admits she can’t resist an unattended snack! Jazzy currently lives with children and absolutely adores them. She’s affectionate, gentle, and always ready for snuggles during quiet moments. While she enjoys their company, she thrives best in a calm environment and would do well with children ages 8 and up who understand her need for a little peace and balance. Her foster family has also partnered with a trainer to set her up for success in her forever home. Smart and food-motivated, Jazzy learns quickly and is eager to please. She’s a great traveler, too—settling happily into the car and enjoying new adventures. Although unfamiliar noises may startle her at times, she recovers quickly and continues exploring with confidence. The one thing Jazzy is clear about: she wants to be the only dog in her new home. She’s ready to soak up all the love, attention, and loyalty she has to give without sharing the spotlight. Jazzy is fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania, and ready to meet her forever family. Jazzy is in our Meet Me Program: Dogs featured in our Meet Me Program are participating simply because their foster or a dedicated volunteer is willing and able to take part—this is not based on breed, personality, behavior, or how long a dog has been waiting for a home. Because Mostly Muttz Rescue does not have a physical shelter location, this program allows adopters to connect directly with the people who know each dog best. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about daily life with the dog, and even schedule an individual meet & greet at an approved location—either before applying or while your application is pending. To get started, email meet_me@mostlymuttz.org with your contact information, and the dog’s foster or volunteer will be in touch. www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #mostlymuttzrescue #oneandonly #bestgirl #brindlebeauty #boxermix #adoptable ##2187880##

Story
Tate somehow ended up needing a second chance at life... and someone noticed the potential in this spirited boxer mix and helped him on his journey to be an incredible companion. While in foster waiting for his forever home, this handsome guy has excelled - whether it's house breaking, crate training, walking on the leash, meeting new people in new places... adapting to foster life and preparing to meet his new forever family. He rides quietly in his crate in the car and has earned compliments from all that meet him. He's been to Cabela's, Tractor Supply, Copperz Dog Friendly Patio and most recently to Lowe's (Who knew it was Halloween already? Our first encounter with a 20 foot monster!) His friendly personality, love of treats and belly rubs earns him lots of attention. He's even gone in the ATV for a ride with the fosters and sat quietly in the front seat just enjoying the view. Working from home? Tate's quiet nature makes him a great coworker and he happily relaxes on his blanket with a chew bone and kibble treats! Rub his ears, talk to him, scratch under his chin and he'll show you those adorable freckles! Tate is eager to learn, highly food motivated and already walks nicely on leash. He wants nothing more than to please and be a part of your day ... whatever it is that you might be doing and has a way of adapting to each situation. He loves chew bones and especially FETCH. You know the game where the pup actually brings the ball back ....His playful energy makes every game fun for all. In his foster home, Tate lives with two 90-pound canine foster brothers. Tate approaches play with a big voice and a lot of enthusiasm. After a slow introduction, Tate figured out these boys weren't stealing his bone... This was a GAME. A fenced yard where he can chase balls and play would be a dream .... A Family ... A person of his own.... He's the kind of pup that wants and deserves someone to share life with... whether that's sitting by your side, running errands, going for walks, relaxing on the patio or simply spending time at home. Once work is done and the adventures are over, Tate is happy to curl up on the hassock for a well earned nap. Tate is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered in anticipation of his forever home. This handsome young man is fostered in Mohrsville (Berks County) Pennsylvania and is ready to meet you! Fill out an application or inquiry (both are free) and tell us why you might be that special person for Tate's next chapter in life. I believe if given the opportunity... he'll steal your heart .... Story
Maggie is looking for a new adventure. Her owners are elderly and want her to be able to have a more active lifestyle. She’s a 5 1/2 year old Boxer mix. She loves people and is great with kids. She loves going for walks. She does well in the car and has made a few trips to and from Florida. She is fully house trained and loves her crate. She has been the only dog in the home but is fine with other dogs at the groomers. Cats are unknown. She would be a perfect family or companion dog.August 4, 2026, 11:29 pm

Chloe is a 2 year old spayed female boxer mix who weighs 35 pounds but she is very thin. She was rescued as part of a cruelty case where she was being kept in unsanitary conditions and starved. Chloe is the sweetest girl with the cutest ears! She has tested well with other dogs, previously lived with several kids, walks well on a leash and loves going for car rides. Chloe needs a family willing to spoil her rotten after all she has been through in her short life.
