Story
Pluto is the definition of resilience and pure joy. This incredibly handsome boy was given a second chance at life after we rescued him from a shelter down south, where he ended up after being hit by a car. Thanks to a dedicated veterinary team, Pluto’s leg was saved, though he now gracefully gets around on three strong legs, using his saved leg mostly for balance. But don’t let that fool you – Pluto doesn’t let anything slow him down! He’s full of life, love, and endless tail wags. His absolute favorite thing in the world? People! Pluto is a total cuddle bug who soaks up every bit of affection he can get. His happy, eager-to-please personality makes him an absolute joy to be around. Pluto is looking for a home where he can be your one and only pet. In return, he promises to fill your heart with love and your days with laughter. He’s house-trained, enjoys the company of adults and older children (ages 12+), and would thrive best with a physically fenced-in yard where he can explore safely. Pluto is being fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania and is ready to join a furever family ♥ www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #handsomehunk #mostlymuttzrescue #totallovebug #adoptable #incredibleboy ##397632##

Story
Riker is a gentle, sweet boy! He does the cutest little dance when he is excited, which is anytime he sees his people. Or another dog. Or a cat. He lives in foster with his brother, two adult dogs, 3 cats and teenagers. Riker has the sweetest Bambi face. He loves cuddles and is loved by all who meet him. This sweet puppy came to the shelter without his mom and wasn’t in the best shape, as he was battling parvo, but he has come a long way. He is small but mighty! (Well, not in front of the cats, whom he gives a wide berth.) This tough little guy is in great health now and he's ready to find his forever family.  Transport to PA: 5/16 (Pottstown, Pa), available on/after 5/30 Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2703881##

Story
Frank is a handsome adult Boxer-Bulldog mix with a tail that never stops wagging! This happy-go-lucky guy is all about the good life – whether he’s tossing around his favorite toy, soaking up the sunshine, or getting belly rubs from his favorite humans. Frank is great with kids and other dogs, making him an awesome companion for a family or a home with existing pups. He’s not a fan of cats (he thinks they’re meant to be chased), so a feline-free home is best. If you’re looking for a playful, outdoor-loving dog with a big smile and even bigger heart, Frank’s your guy. He’s neutered, fully vetted, and ready to bring joy to your home. We’d love nothing more than to see Frank finally make his way north. But for that to happen, he needs a committed foster or even better, a foster-to-adopt home. As a foster, we’ll provide everything you need to care for him. Frank is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease. The condition is curable, not contagious, and he’s receiving the proper care. We’ll send the remainder of his heartworm medication with him to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted recovery. Story
Meet Rowdi! He's so much fun. This little guy hops when he's excited - which is often just when he's outside - and his energy is contagious. Don't worry, he's not over the top. He loves to cuddle in your lap as much as he loves playing in the yard. He lives with dogs and cats and kids and is great with all of them. This sweet pup came to the shelter without his mom and was battling parvo, but he is healthy and happy now and ready to find his forever home.  Transport to PA: 5/16 (Pottstown, Pa), available on/after 5/30 Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2703883##

Story
Jazzy’s story almost ended too soon—she was on the brink of euthanasia at an overcrowded shelter when a foster stepped up to save her. At the last minute, that plan fell through, but thankfully our rescue was able to take her in. Since then, she’s been charming everyone she meets. This stunning Boxer mix is full of life, love, and personality. Playful and adventurous, Jazzy is the perfect companion for someone who enjoys long walks, hikes, or simply getting out and about. She’s both house-trained and crate-trained, making her a wonderful roommate—though she admits she can’t resist an unattended snack! Jazzy currently lives with children and absolutely adores them. She’s affectionate, gentle, and always ready for snuggles during quiet moments. While she enjoys their company, she thrives best in a calm environment and would do well with children ages 8 and up who understand her need for a little peace and balance. Her foster family has also partnered with a trainer to set her up for success in her forever home. Smart and food-motivated, Jazzy learns quickly and is eager to please. She’s a great traveler, too—settling happily into the car and enjoying new adventures. Although unfamiliar noises may startle her at times, she recovers quickly and continues exploring with confidence. The one thing Jazzy is clear about: she wants to be the only dog in her new home. She’s ready to soak up all the love, attention, and loyalty she has to give without sharing the spotlight. Jazzy is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm, and all the medications and support she needs will go with her to her forever home. Don’t let this worry you—heartworm isn’t contagious to people or other pets, and with treatment, it is fully curable. Jazzy is fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania, and ready to meet her forever family. Jazzy is in our Meet Me Program: Dogs featured in our Meet Me Program are participating simply because their foster or a dedicated volunteer is willing and able to take part—this is not based on breed, personality, behavior, or how long a dog has been waiting for a home. Because Mostly Muttz Rescue does not have a physical shelter location, this program allows adopters to connect directly with the people who know each dog best. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, learn more about daily life with the dog, and even schedule an individual meet & greet at an approved location—either before applying or while your application is pending. To get started, email meet_me@mostlymuttz.org with your contact information, and the dog’s foster or volunteer will be in touch. www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #mostlymuttzrescue #oneandonly #bestgirl #brindlebeauty #boxermix #adoptable ##2187880##

Story
Meet Rico! Rico is a playful, happy pup who loves hopping around and making every day more fun. He’s doing great with his potty training and is eager to keep learning new things. One of Rico’s favorite activities is chasing after a ball — and he’s already impressing his foster parents with how well he brings it back during fetch time! Rico is full of puppy charm, energy, and sweetness, and he’s looking for a family ready to give him lots of love, playtime, and cuddles. If you’re looking for a fun-loving best friend with a goofy personality and a smart streak, Rico might just be your perfect match.   Available 5/30/26 Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2703886##
