Story
FOSTER NEEDED! Garrett - this big, young man is sweet and strong, around 2 years old. We think he has boxer, hound (long legs) and probably some pit in him but a dominate breed impacted his height. He is tall and strong. He is playful with other dogs, rough houses with dogs his own size but tones down his behavior with puppies. He is nuts about playing with his empty metal bowl and now a big white bucket. He also loves stuffed toys but destroys them along the way.  He is currently in a foster home for a rescue in Tennessee with several humans, lots of dogs and pups and cats.   If you can foster this gorgeous boy, please email   nicole.foreverhomerescue@gmail.com   for information regarding fostering.  Foster to adopt available and while the dog or pup is in foster- medical care is provided.  Click this link:   https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FHPA/Dog   He is neutered, heartworm -, on simparica trio,  crate trained. DOB: 11/16/21  November 2, 2024, 3:27 pm

Story
Pluto is the definition of resilience and pure joy. This incredibly handsome boy was given a second chance at life after we rescued him from a shelter down south, where he ended up after being hit by a car. Thanks to a dedicated veterinary team, Pluto’s leg was saved, though he now gracefully gets around on three strong legs, using his saved leg mostly for balance. But don’t let that fool you – Pluto doesn’t let anything slow him down! He’s full of life, love, and endless tail wags. His absolute favorite thing in the world? People! Pluto is a total cuddle bug who soaks up every bit of affection he can get. His happy, eager-to-please personality makes him an absolute joy to be around. Pluto is looking for a home where he can be your one and only pet. In return, he promises to fill your heart with love and your days with laughter. He’s house-trained, enjoys the company of adults and older children (ages 12+), and would thrive best with a physically fenced-in yard where he can explore safely. Pluto is being fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania and is ready to join a furever family ♥ www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #handsomehunk #mostlymuttzrescue #totallovebug #adoptable #incredibleboy ##397632##

Story
Frank is a handsome adult Boxer-Bulldog mix with a tail that never stops wagging! This happy-go-lucky guy is all about the good life – whether he’s tossing around his favorite toy, soaking up the sunshine, or getting belly rubs from his favorite humans. Frank is great with kids and other dogs, making him an awesome companion for a family or a home with existing pups. He’s not a fan of cats (he thinks they’re meant to be chased), so a feline-free home is best. If you’re looking for a playful, outdoor-loving dog with a big smile and even bigger heart, Frank’s your guy. He’s neutered, fully vetted, and ready to bring joy to your home. We’d love nothing more than to see Frank finally make his way north. But for that to happen, he needs a committed foster or even better, a foster-to-adopt home. As a foster, we’ll provide everything you need to care for him. Frank is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm disease. The condition is curable, not contagious, and he’s receiving the proper care. We’ll send the remainder of his heartworm medication with him to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted recovery. Story
Our sweet senior Sadie has a sponsored adoption fee… now she’s just waiting for a family to welcome her home furever… Sadie may have a little silver on her face, but don’t let that fool you—this lovely lady still has plenty of playful spunk. With her gentle nature and goofy personality, she’s the kind of dog who makes every day a little brighter. She enjoys her daily walks, loves playing with her toys, and is happiest simply being by your side. Sadie walks beautifully on leash, is fully housebroken, and while she’s crate trained, she doesn’t need to be crated. She’s a soft, loving soul with a heart full of joy, ready to bring warmth and companionship to a lucky home. Sadie is fostered in Mohnton (Berks County), Pennsylvania and ready to head home as soon as someone says “she’s the one!” www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #mostlymuttzrescue #adoptabledogs #SeniorDogLove #adoptaseniorpet #adoptme ##2356904##

Story
Jazzy’s story almost ended too soon—she was on the brink of euthanasia at an overcrowded shelter when a foster stepped up to save her. At the last minute, that plan fell through, but thankfully our rescue was able to take her in. Since then, she’s been charming everyone she meets. This stunning Boxer mix is full of life, love, and personality. Playful and adventurous, Jazzy is the perfect companion for someone who enjoys long walks, hikes, or simply getting out and about. She’s both house-trained and crate-trained, making her a wonderful roommate—though she admits she can’t resist an unattended snack! Jazzy currently lives with children and absolutely adores them. She’s affectionate, gentle, and always ready for snuggles during quiet moments. While she enjoys their company, she thrives best in a calm environment and would do well with children ages 8 and up who understand her need for a little peace and balance. Her foster family has also partnered with a trainer to set her up for success in her forever home. Smart and food-motivated, Jazzy learns quickly and is eager to please. She’s a great traveler, too—settling happily into the car and enjoying new adventures. Although unfamiliar noises may startle her at times, she recovers quickly and continues exploring with confidence. The one thing Jazzy is clear about: she wants to be the only dog in her new home. She’s ready to soak up all the love, attention, and loyalty she has to give without sharing the spotlight. Jazzy is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm, and all the medications and support she needs will go with her to her forever home. Don’t let this worry you—heartworm isn’t contagious to people or other pets, and with treatment, it is fully curable. Jazzy is fostered in Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pennsylvania, and ready to meet her forever family. www.mostlymuttz.org https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz PA Kennel License: 10872 PO Box 406 Gilbertsville, PA 19525 #mostlymuttzrescue #oneandonly #bestgirl #brindlebeauty #boxermix #adoptable ##2187880##

Story
KENNEL ID #18804 Duck was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Greene County, TN, where overcrowding forces heartbreaking decisions every day. Some were strays never reclaimed. Others were surrendered by their families — and sadly, owner surrenders are the first to be euthanized, as they receive no stray hold. Duck is an owner surrender he is housebroken, good with children, other dogs, and cats, knows commands, and is neutered. Duck is a big boy weighing 80lbs. Thankfully, our rescue partner in Tennessee stepped in just in time, saving 15 incredible dogs from the “last call” list. Each has now received full veterinary care and is preparing for a fresh start in PA. Despite their past, these dogs are full of hope and heart. Could this survivor be your new best friend? Duck is hanging out with his rescuer and foster mom, Carol, in Tennessee. If you have any questions, please email her at  abandonedangelsinc@gmail.com . Story
KENNEL ID #18804 Trixie is a happy and active 5-year-old dog whose owner is a single mom battling metastatic breast cancer. While she loves Trixie dearly, she no longer has the energy to give her the exercise and attention she needs. Trixie is crate trained, housebroken, and knows her commands. She enjoys car rides, sleeping in bed with you, and cuddling on the couch—once she settles down, of course! Trixie loves being outside and is trained to stay within the property boundary thanks to an invisible fence. She does like to chase the resident cat, but it's all in good fun; she just wants to play, even though the cat doesn’t feel the same way. Trixie hasn’t been around many other dogs, except for one female dog that she didn’t get along with, so we can't predict how she would react to other dogs. Trixie is great with children, showering her owner’s 4-year-old with kisses! However, she can be a bit rough and sometimes accidentally knocks him over. For this reason, we recommend a home with older children. Trixie is currently still in her home but needs to find a new one quickly. If you think Trixie could be the perfect dog for you, please fill out an application to adopt her.rescue is doing all we can to help this family in a very difficult time.
