Gumball is such a silly puppy. He walks on the leash. He enjoys running and playing in the play areas with other dogs. He sits and takes treats gently. He is learning all about toys. He is very much an active, curious puppy. Gumball is currently in a high kill shelter in Georgia and needs an adopter, foster, and/or sponsor to catch a ride to Wisconsin on 10/26/24 to be considered safe. Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs! To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info! ***I am able to go home to my forever family right off of transport! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on November 1st and arrive on November 2nd, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 9/29/24 Dog Name: Peter Sex: Male Estimated Breed Mix: Boxer Mix Approximate Age: 1.5 Years Approximate Weight: 56 lbs Adoption Fee: $450 Description: Peter is a sweet boy who was owned by a family who travels a lot, unfortunately they never came for him and he was an inside dog. He came to us clean with trim nails and so confused as to why his family never showed up! This sweet boy is playful and loves affection! He has made many shelter friends in Texas and has had to watch them all get a second chance. He is ready for his turn!   We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are 6 months to 1 year or age. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days.  at one of our preferred clinics. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. October 4, 2024, 7:44 pm

Story
Meet Benny: Your Future Best Friend! 🐾 Age: 3 months Breed: Boxer/Catahoula Mix Energy Level: High Personality: Playful, Loving, and Inquisitive Complete an adoption application here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SGDR/Dog Hey there! I'm Benny, a bouncy, lovable 3 month old Boxer/Catahoula mix, and I'm on the lookout for my forever home. If you're searching for a furry friend who’s full of energy and affection, look no further—I’m your guy! I may still be a pup, but I’ve already mastered the art of being adorable. My Boxer side gives me an extra dose of playful spirit, while my Catahoula genes bring a dash of cleverness and a love for adventure. Whether it’s chasing after a ball, exploring the backyard, or curling up for a nap after a day of fun, I’m all in! Here’s a little about me: Playtime Enthusiast: I love to romp around and play with toys, so I’d thrive in a home where I can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Social Butterfly: I get along well with other dogs and enjoy meeting new people. My wagging tail and happy demeanor make me a hit with everyone I meet! Cuddly Companion: After all the fun and games, I enjoy snuggling up with my humans. I’m looking for a family who will shower me with love and attention. I’m looking for a family who’s ready to provide me with the care, training, and love I need to grow into a well-behaved and happy adult dog. In return, I promise to fill your life with joy, laughter, and endless puppy kisses! Benny is located in San Antonio. His adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport and includes up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, neuter, microchip, and wormed for internal and external parasites. If you would like more information or an adoption application, please email us at sgdrsa@outlook.com. An adoption application can be completed online at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SGDR/Dog Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Story
What an adorable little firecracker !! FULL of personality and afraid of nothing! She is confident, curious, LOVES the water and her baby pool. Often times she's the only one willing to get in. LAMAREY lives to be with other dogs and especially adores her humans. She is literally always happy! You cannot rain on her parade! She is kennel trained and almost house trained! She is a joy to have as part of our foster family. LAMAREY is with me in my home in Memphis, Tn. Once adopted , she will travel via Rescue Vet Transport to her new forever family. Once an application has been submitted and approved , I would be happy to speak with you and tell you all of the wonderful things about her ! You will find our volunteer team to be very responsive so please refrain from submitting an application until you are ready to welcome a new forever family member. Transport runs each weekend, leaving Memphis Tennessee Friday morning around 6 AM at which time they start a group chat with the two drivers and all the adopters who have a A Pet on board. Transport is an additional $185.

Story
Hi everyone! My name is Tucker and I’m a brindle beauty. I’m looking for my furever family, so if you’re looking for an active family dog, keep reading! I’m almost a year old and my energy level shows it! Do you like to go hikes and swim in lakes?? Or even daily walks and an intense game of fetch—I’m your boy! As long as there’s toys, I’m happy. If there’s water—I’m even happier! Take a look at my DNA results too, no wonder I’m so cute! I’m good with other dogs, they’re fun to play with…I haven’t met any cats, but that can be arranged. Kids are great too—just remember I’m #60 of energy and I might accidentally knock the littles ones down. Otherwise I’m ready to go to my new home, I’m neutered, fully vaccinated, potty trained and kennel trained. All I’m waiting for is a family and a couch to cuddle up on!! Apply for me today!! Adoption fee:$250 https://www.cognitoforms.com/TinyPawsSmallDogRescue1/AdoptionApplication
