I got Benson when he was just four months old. He was a rescue from Texas but was brought to Kettle Moraine, Wisconsin where I got him. He’s a very good dog, doesn’t bark much but has so much energy and loves attention. I work a very demanding job and my daughter is young and in gymnastics so we can’t give him the attention he truly deserves. I’ve been on the fence about this for quite some time but our schedules just don’t coincide with having a dog right now. Benson needs and wants attention constantly and I just can’t provide that with my schedule and fatigue. He’s four now, turned 4 on June 20th. I don’t have any paperwork outside of his updated shot records because we’ve had him for almost four years. Any questions let me know. Thanks

Wally was abandoned in an apartment building in Oklahoma City, where he was found alone and in need of help. Thankfully, he was rescued from the OKC shelter and brought to Milwaukee by a kind-hearted local, all in hopes of finding him the forever home he truly deserves. Wally is a happy, playful, and affectionate boy. According to his DNA he is an American Bully, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog and Boxer mix and is about 4 ½ years old. He absolutely loves going for walks, playing tug-of-war, chasing after balls, splashing in water, and snuggling up for belly rubs and cuddles. This sweet pup is potty trained, crate trained, knows his name, and responds to basic commands like "sit" and "down." He’s polite with treats, rarely barks, and gets along well with other dogs. However, he’s not a fit for a home with cats. Wally is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to bring joy and love into a new home . Second Chance Animals of Greater Milwaukee was named after this very special boy, Chance. Chance was the inspiration for this organization after he was found starving near death on a balcony, surviving only by a miracle. Chance has been in foster care for over a year, as it's taken him extra time to learn that he's safe now and life doesn't have to be scary anymore. Despite Chance's unfortunate beginning to life, he's grown into a sweet and snuggly companion who just wants to be loved more than anything else. Chance has love for everyone he meets, but he especially loves hanging with his dudes! Since Chance first came into foster care he's always gravitated towards men…what can we say, he's just one of the guys! Chance loves going for car rides, sitting out in the yard, going for walks or runs. Even though he makes a great running partner he can also be a lazy couch potato who's ready to snuggle up for movie night. Chance knows basic commands, is potty trained, and kennel trained but can be trusted alone in a designated area such as the living room or bedroom. We hope you won’t mind sharing the bed because at night he likes to sleep right in between his foster parents!Chances ideal home would be with an experienced dog owner and someone who is willing to move at his pace while Chance settles into his new home. He can be a rough player and still working on keeping all 4 paws on the ground so he would do best in a home with no young children. Chance will need slow and proper introductions to other dogs, he prefers mature dogs who like to play but can also give him his space. He currently lives with 2 other dogs in the home and has benefited from their companionship greatly. Chance takes 2 daily medications- Fluoxetine for anxiety and Levothyroxine for his thyroid. Both conditions are easily managed and medications cost about $40 a month total. The cost of his medications for the first year after adoption is being sponsored by his foster family!Chance is guessed to be about 3years old, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
