Loki likes attention, and is a very calm cat. We got him and his brother Sebastian (also listed) 4 years ago. He is chipped, and has always been an indoor cat. He has always been healthy and well behaved. Very curious and always want to be near. He really needs someone who loves to play with him. He loves being pet on his head and under his neck. He really enjoys rubbing against you. One thing I have observed overtime, he likes to follow you around. Our family has become very busy and can’t give him the affection and time he deserves.

Sebastian is a very bold, and purring cat who likes to be pet. He loves to play chase. Sebastian will curl up next to you and purr. We call it a rattle. We raised Sebastian and his brother (Loki also up for adoption) for 4 years. He is and has been a healthy cat. We travel a lot, and can’t spend enough time with him. He is a great cat. He deserves a family that can enjoy him.

My partner and I met Julia and her sister Ramona at the shelter when they were just a few weeks old! We fell in love with her outgoing and affectionate personality. She is now just over a year old, and we are looking to find her a new home as my partner and I welcome our first child in the next week or so.

About Dinah: She came from a horrible College Park Apartment Complex.  She was abandoned by an original owner who apparently moved. Dinah showed up at the door of a local community cat feeder who lives there one cold December evening—sweet, friendly, and clearly looking for help! With her striking calico coat and soulful green eyes, she’s one of the Prettiest Cats, but it’s her gentle nature and deep affection for people that truly make her shine. She was recently (late July) found limping, and based on a vet visit she had a hair line fracture of her pelvis!  That was it!  We took her off the street and into our program! She is now fully healed and ready for her final home!! So sweet, so calm and just rested until healed.  She is a delight!   She is FIV positive as we just found out.  But she is healthy and will remain healthy if kept in side with reasonable care and food.  NOTE: For this sweet cat, the Rescue will GUARANTEE her health for anyone adopting indefinitely, we will pay any vet bills (don't expect much), and will also have her teeth cleaned when recommended! Her teeth are pearly white and clean! I am cautious but adventurous. l am shy at first but once I trust you, I love lying next to you and making biscuits. I love bird watching and chirping at them through the window. I love playing fetch with my mouse toy.

Meet this beautiful tuxedo girl - full of personality, playfulness, and love. She absolutely loves human company and will happily curl up in your lap, purring away while enjoying quiet time with her people. She’s also very playful and loves toys, games, and romping around with other kitties. Like many young rescue cats, she is still learning that hands always mean safety and kindness. When she becomes overstimulated or startled, she may occasionally swat as she continues building trust. With patience, gentle handling, and a calm environment, she has already shown how affectionate and connected she wants to be. She would thrive either as the center of attention in a loving home or with a playful sibling who can help burn off her kitten energy. Olive Oil (“Olive”) was found living outside at a gas station with her two sisters and father. To her finder’s surprise, even as a young kitten, Olive had already decided, or so she thought, that people were absolutely not to be trusted. Over the past six months, she’s made an incredible transformation, going from hiding for weeks and refusing all touch to accepting pets, being picked up, and learning that life indoors isn’t so bad after all. Olive may always have a little bit of her feral spirit, but that’s part of what makes her special. She’s an easygoing, independent companion who loves the company of other cats and is just as content quietly sharing a room with you as she is exploring on her own.
