Story
I found Katsu back in 2020. She was the runt of the litter, but I felt in love with her the first time I saw her. She is now 6 years old. I'm looking for a new home for her due to my recent job loss. I hope that the new owner can play with her a lot and give her a lot of pets. I will also provide accessories for her to the new owner. She has never lived with another pet before so I don't know how she will act. She is very cute!

Story
Loki likes attention, and is a very calm cat. We got him and his brother Sebastian (also listed) 4 years ago. He is chipped, and has always been an indoor cat. He has always been healthy and well behaved. Very curious and always want to be near. He really needs someone who loves to play with him. He loves being pet on his head and under his neck. He really enjoys rubbing against you. One thing I have observed overtime, he likes to follow you around. Our family has become very busy and can’t give him the affection and time he deserves.

Story
Sebastian is a very bold, and purring cat who likes to be pet. He loves to play chase. Sebastian will curl up next to you and purr. We call it a rattle. We raised Sebastian and his brother (Loki also up for adoption) for 4 years. He is and has been a healthy cat. We travel a lot, and can’t spend enough time with him. He is a great cat. He deserves a family that can enjoy him.

Story
Tinkin is a sweet, gentle young mama who's just beginning to discover what love and safety feel like. After a tough start to life without a real home or human kindness, she's now learning to trust—one soft pet at a time—thanks to her incredible foster mom. This beautiful calico-tabby mix has done an amazing job raising her kittens and still loves to play with them. She’s curious, quiet, and making progress every day with human affection. Though still shy, Tinkin is starting to enjoy being petted and is blossoming into the loving companion she was always meant to be. Tinkin would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue building her confidence at her own pace. With a little time and a lot of love, she’ll be the loyal friend you never knew you needed. Story
sib: Raine, Robert, Rolo, Rorie, Rudy Meet our "R" litter! This adorable bunch is a little on the wild side—in the very best way. They've recently discovered the joys of laser pointers, cat trees, and every cat toy they can get their paws on. Playtime is their favorite time, and they keep each other entertained with endless kitten adventures. While they're still learning about the world, they're discovering that people are pretty wonderful, too. With patience, gentle pets, and lots of love, these kittens are growing more confident every day and learning that human companionship comes with cuddles, affection, and plenty of treats. If you're looking for playful, curious kittens who will keep you smiling and reward your love with growing trust and affection, the "R" litter may be the perfect match. Story
QatarLuna is a sweet, affectionate girl with a personality that blooms once she feels safe and comfortable. She loves curling up for cuddles and is happiest spending quiet mornings alongside her favorite humans — she’s even known for being the perfect “morning coffee buddy.” Luna would thrive in a calm, low-key home with someone willing to take the time to understand her unique personality. She’s the kind of cat who forms strong bonds, but she likes affection on her own terms and can become overstimulated if pushed too far. When she’s had enough, she’ll definitely let you know. Because of this, Luna would do best in an adult-only household or with older, respectful children who understand boundaries. A quiet home with a young professional, single adopter, or retired couple would be ideal for her. One thing Luna is very clear about: she absolutely does not like other cats. She’ll need to be the only feline in the home. Her experience with dogs is unknown.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 14, 2026, 7:41 pm

Story
Athena is the sibling from a litter of 4 that we have had since birth 4 years ago. Recently she has developed a more defensive personality with the other cats in the home. However she is affectionate to all the humans in the house as well as our dog and is not anti-social. She is good with nail trimming and uses a scratching post as well as other grooming things and is litter box trained.

Story
I'm a little Calico, really, I'm small for my age. I don't have an attitude... that's what people say about kitties like me. I love mealtime, and if I want more, I'll let you know by showering you with head rubs. My brother and I love to play chase and wrestle with each other. Laps are the best, and I'm especially intrigued by anything shiny around your neck. I have sweet purrs and make chirpy sounds on the way to the litter box...silly, I know. I am one of a litter of 4. My brother and I are the only ones left and we'd love to go to our forever home together. He's a fun, happy boy! Chassis is negative for FeLV, neutered, and up to date on her vaccines. She has a microchip that will be transferred to the adopter upon completion of the adoption process. Ready to Adopt? Story
Planned PEThood is seeking adopters who have safe outdoor housing that can provide unsocialized cats with a chance at life. These cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ear tipped. There is no adoption fee for our working cats, but we happily accept donations to continue the program’s efforts. If you are interested submit an ’employee request form’ below or call/e-mail with questions. Our Working Cats program is designed to place cats into safe environments where they are valued for their hunting skills. The cats in this program are considered ‘unadoptable’ by local animal control agencies and have been placed in this program as an alternative to euthanasia. The cats may not be suitable for adoption because they are unsocialized and/or did not acclimate to living in close quarters with humans. A working cat is a type of domestic cat that “works” for its upkeep by hunting vermin, such as rodents. They are commonly employed where pest control is needed: in barns, farms, factories, warehouses, stores, churchyards, and private property. One benefit of using a working cat is that they alleviate the need for harmful pesticides in pest control. Through our partnership with Gwinnett County Animal Welfare & Enforcement and other animal control agencies, we have been able to save over 750 unsocialized cats by sending them to working cat environments. Contact us today at 678-541-9370 or barncats@pethoodga.org if you would like more information on this program.
