Mama Meowth is the definition of love in a tiny, beautiful package. Though she’s still just a baby herself, she has already done an incredible job raising five amazing kittens, pouring her heart into each of them. Now it’s finally her turn to be cared for and cherished the way she deserves. This sweet girl has the most stunning green eyes and a soft, pretty coat that make her just as lovely on the outside as she is on the inside. She’s affectionate, gentle, and full of personality—especially when it comes to “talking” about her feelings. Mama Meowth will happily chat with you about her day, your day, and everything in between. She’s also a big fan of churus (who isn’t?), and treats are a sure way to her heart. More than anything, though, she craves love, safety, and a calm home where she can finally relax and just be someone’s baby. After a rough start in life, Mama Meowth is ready for her happily-ever-after. If you’re looking for a loving, expressive, and deeply devoted companion, Mama Meowth is ready to fill your home—and your heart—with warmth. --- The Pre-adoption process allows us to get the adoption process started early, even though vetting isn’t complete. Per the Department of Agriculture rules and regulations, The Kitten Rescue Project is responsible for vetting all of its kittens before adoption is final. At this time the kitten is not fully vetted because he/she is too young. We expect vetting will be completed around April 23rd, but could be delayed a couple weeks longer if he/she does not meet the requirement by our vet. Once vetted, our kittens are dewormed, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. Our feline adoption fee is $120, which assists in offsetting but does not entirely cover the expenses incurred for the animal's care and completion of essential veterinary care. We do not place cats in homes based on the order of application received. Instead, we prioritize the earliest applications that are the best match for the kitten. We will prioritize applicants within a 2 hour drive of Atlanta, GA to help minimize the kitten's stress during transport. Our adoption process does not happen in a single day. Our cat was found in a friend's car engine. They couldn't keep her, so we took her in. We've had her for six years, but I'm not quite sure how old she was when we got her (perhaps around 6 months old or so). She's mostly an indoor cat (she's used to pine pellet litter) but enjoys going outside to sit in the sun every now and then (she typically stays close by the house). We have a lot of kids, so the cat is used to a busy household, but she does appreciate her solitude (and certainly favours some members of our family over others). We wish we could take her with us, but don't think she would do well on the journey.

She made friends with the ladies feeding feral cats in the area.  SHE stole their hearts with her big personality.  She is quiet, good in the litterbox and SO grateful. She will make a PERFECT pet! About Dinah: She came from a horrible College Park Apartment Complex.  She was abandoned by an original owner who apparently moved. Dinah showed up at the door of a local community cat feeder who lives there one cold December evening—sweet, friendly, and clearly looking for help! With her striking calico coat and soulful green eyes, she’s one of the Prettiest Cats, but it’s her gentle nature and deep affection for people that truly make her shine. She was recently (late July) found limping, and based on a vet visit she had a hair line fracture of her pelvis!  That was it!  We took her off the street and into our program! She is now fully healed and ready for her final home!! So sweet, so calm and just rested until healed.  She is a delight!   She is FIV positive as we just found out.  But she is healthy and will remain healthy if kept in side with reasonable care and food.  NOTE: For this sweet cat, the Rescue will GUARANTEE her health for anyone adopting indefinitely, we will pay any vet bills (don't expect much), and will also have her teeth cleaned when recommended! Her teeth are pearly white and clean! i’m very heartbroken to be giving bubbles away. Lately i’ve been busy with school and work and haven’t been able to give her my full attention and energy and due to my lack of attention she’s been having behavioral issues and it’s not her fault . She deserves someone to give her love and attention. I love bubbles and want nothing but the best for her.

I got Oddy about 2 months ago, he’s truly the sweetest boy out there but sadly one of my female cats isn’t accepting him so I can no longer keep him. He’s extremely cuddly and sweet, he loves to play with toys and loaf around. I wish i could keep him because he truly is lovely but i need to find a good loving home for him because he really deserves it!
