Date of Birth: 6/27/22Adoption Fee: $50.00Date Posted: 7/15/24Hi! My name is Camellia. A few months ago, I gave birth to six beautiful little kittens. I have taken great care of them and am now ready to find my forever family. I am a very loving girl and absolutely adore my humans. Just ask my foster mom...I am always up for snuggle time! I have moments of playfulness but am also very content to lay in a sunny spot and enjoy bird-watching through my favorite window. I am an easygoing girl who just likes to relax and enjoy the day. Come meet me as soon as you can...you will be so glad you did!

Date of Birth: 4/7/24Adoption Fee: $75.00Date Posted: 7/20/24Hi! My name is Dahlia. I am one of the Flower litter. My siblings include my brothers, Cedar and Cypress, as well as my sisters Poppy, Iris, and Azalea. My foster mom says I am a sassy little girl. You see, I like to tease her a bit. Sometimes when she is petting me, I hiss a little. The funny part is I stay right close beside her so that she can keep on stroking me and giving me chin scratches. I secretly like it when she pets me...shhh...don't tell her...LOL! Naturally, I am the boss of the girl group in my foster home. I play, they play, I rest, they rest. My foster mom says "sassy"? I say I am an independent little girl who knows what I want. Nothing wrong with being a leader, right?! Please come meet me soon....I promise to give you the opportunity to appreciate my beauty and love on me too. Let's just not tell my foster mom, OK? See you soon!

My siblings include my brothers, Cedar and Cypress, as well as my sisters Dahlia, Iris, and Azalea. My human foster mom says I am just like my kitty momma, a little "mini-me" so to speak. I look like her and share her awesome personality! I am very adventurous. I like to play and climb anything. My favorite thing is to zoom up the cat tree and then leap to the floor only to return quickly to the cat tree and do it all over again. My foster mom laughs so hard when she watches me play so I guess I am a pretty entertaining little girl! I will need a kitty friend in my home to help me get my energy out. No worries...I am happy to snuggle with my kitty friend or human when playtime is over. I have lots of joy to share with everyone! Please come meet me soon....I will be so happy to go home with my forever family.

Story
Meet Pickled Ginger, the enigmatic female feline whose inner circle may be small, but for those fortunate enough to be included, her love knows no bounds. With a quiet confidence that speaks volumes, Pickled Ginger navigates life on her own terms, finding solace in the tranquility of her peaceful abode. In Pickled Ginger's ideal world, simplicity reigns supreme. All she asks for is a fun cat tower to perch upon, a cozy cat bed to curl up in, some delectable cat food to savor, and perhaps a sunny spot to bask in the warmth of the sun's rays. With these simple pleasures, she finds contentment and joy in the quiet moments of introspection.Pickled Ginger's confidence in all things feline is evident in every graceful movement she makes. While she may not seek out the company of others, she is more than happy to share her space with fellow feline companions who understand the value of silence and solitude. However, when it comes to dogs, Pickled Ginger prefers to keep her distance, finding their exuberance and constant barking to be a bit overwhelming for her refined sensibilities. For Pickled Ginger, a serene adult-only home is the perfect setting in which to thrive. With her quiet demeanor and unwavering self-assurance, she brings a sense of peace and harmony to any environment she graces. If you're seeking a companion who values tranquility above all else, look no further than Pickled Ginger. With her gentle presence and quiet grace, she promises to fill your home with love, warmth, and the comforting embrace of silent companionship. Please apply at www.bossypawsrescue.orgAdoption Fee: $85.00Est DOB: 06/23/23

If you adopt a young kitten that is not old enough for surgery, we will schedule a surgery appointment after the adoption. Special breed descriptions listed in our kitty¹s profiles are based on information we have about their other family members when available, as well as traits that match those breeds. Most of our cats and kittens are mixed breeds unless specified otherwise. How our Adoption Process Works: We take loving care to help match the right kitty with the right family.  1. Ideally identify a couple of kitty candidates on our website, use the advanced search capability to find what you need.  You can also tell our team what you are looking for and they will help with suggestions.  If you are seeing our kitties on an adoption website you may want to pop on over to www.catrangers.org where we often have even more pictures. 2. Fill out an application online at catrangers.org. Once we have an application our adoption team can work with you to arrange appointments for either virtual or in person meetings with candidate kitties.  Kittens are kept in foster homes to make sure they are being properly socialized.  Visits may be virtual, at foster's home or at the CatRangers Center in Buford. 3. Our adoption team conducts a brief phone call with you and later, a virtual home visit, to make sure you are fully prepared for your new kitty. Our team also checks with your vet and personal references.   (We really want to you and our kitty to have the very best chance for a lifetime of loving success.) 4. Once application is approved and adoption fee is paid, we reserve the kitty you have selected. The adoption fee includes all vaccines up to the time of adoption. Kitties have been Felv/FIV tested, treated for fleas and parasites, and have been microchipped. Your adoption fee includes a spay/neuter if your selected kitty has not already been altered. Some kitties are very popular and you need to move quickly to select those you are interested in and get through the process for your first choice as a furever friend. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We have taken in 7 cats from a fellow cat lover and friend of Cat Rangers. We’d like you to know about Jeanne.   Jeanne, a dedicated teacher for many years, is also a lover of cats. She consistently rescued and s/n her local cats and kittens all her life and personally adopted the ones that needed more medical care or socializing. Last year she was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, which is a terminal respiratory disease. She has been given only a few months to live. She has asked Catrangers to accept and find new homes for her precious fur babies. She has done so much for her community and the many cats and kittens she has saved, we could not say no. We are overflowing with kitties, but we know you will help us find these precious cats their wonderful new homes.    We are still learning about Miss's personality. Story
Date of Birth: 8/6/22Adoption Fee: $50.00Date Posted: 8/8/23Meet our very handsome mini-panther, Sam! This little warrior has endured much more than a kitty should have to face. He survived on his own in the North Georgia mountains for the first four months of his life. He was then surrendered to the local animal control facility. He lived in a cage for the next four months of his life passed over again and again. At 8-months-old, he was finally adopted. Sam tried to be the best kitty for his new family. He fetched balls just like a puppy to the delight of his caregivers. He snuggled close to them at night. Despite that, it would not be little Sam's "happily ever after". Sam's new family declawed him despite warnings about the pain that it was cause him. Sam still tried to be a a good boy but he was a typical older kitten who occasionally jumped on furniture and knocked things onto the floor. His human mom became frustrated that he did not lay quietly by his side like his 8-year-old feline brother. The family decided that euthanasia was the best solution because "going back into a cage at the shelter would be too hard for him". A kind person contacted Pippi's Place to ask for help on Sam's behalf. We could not turn our back on him. Sam is currently in a loving foster home. He is an energetic 1-year-old who enjoys games of chase and wrestling with other young adults. He ADORES cuddling with his foster mom. If she goes too far out of sight, he finds her and "talks" to her in his best kitty voice to let her know that he would like to spend some time together. Due to the fact that Sam spent much of his time outside as a young kitten, his foster mom believes that it would be best for Sam to be able to move freely between the inside and outside in a safe, protected area due to the fact that he is declawed and cannot defend himself. Sam has retained his fun-loving, sweet spirit despite the trials he has experienced in his young life. He continues to love without limits and spread joy everywhere he goes. Will you be his true forever family? Few kitties are more deserving.

Date of Birth: 4/1/24Adoption Fee: $100.00Date Posted: 6/12/24Hi! My name is Louie. My mom, Onyx, as well as my brothers and sisters including Preston, Lexi, and Florence are super excited to meet our forever families. What should you know about me? Well, I am a little timid when I first meet new humans but am a really sweet guy if you just give me a few minutes to check you out. I will very soon be giving you lots of kisses just like I give to my foster mom. I will even lick your knees and toes! Leave those socks on and your covered foot becomes my favorite toy! Maybe I have a bit of a foot fettish?! LOL! It is OK if you leave the room with my foot play toys. I am a curious little guy who loves to explore. Any kitty toy will entertain me just fine! I am very curious about meeting new kitties but have not yet been introduced to dogs. My feline momma is pretty scared of doggies so our human foster mom just let my family have our own space without introducing us to her canine friends. I would really like to go home with one of my siblings if you do not already have a kitty companion for me. My brother, Preston, and I have the same sort of temperament and really enjoy playing together. I look forward to meeting you very soon!
