Adopt Lidia Lidia is a young adult tortie and white female. She is 1-2 years old. She was turned in to the local shelter in early March VERY pregnant. She had 5 kittens on St. Patrick’s Day and was a super mom to them. She’s now fully vetted, spayed, and it’s now her turn to find a home. Lidia is super people friendly. She loves attention and to be pet. She purrs and flexes her paws making “air biscuits” over and over. She sits next to you seeking attention, more than on your lap. She’s low key but will happily play if you get out a toy and encourage her. While she was great with her kittens, she has been less certain about other cats in limited interactions. We believe she would adjust to another calm cat, given proper gradual introduction and acclimation. But she would also be quite happy to be an only cat and soak up all the attention she can get from her human family. Charlie Girl is sweet and playful, she enjoys being brushed, watching TV and looking out the window seeing the birds. Her adopted mom became ill and her family took her cats to a county shelter. Because Charlie was micro-chipped, the shelter notified us that she was surrendered. We made arrangements to pick her up with the other cat we adopted to her named Grayce. My mother had 2 female calico cats. They are both fixed and litter trained. I inherited my mother's house and the cats came with the house.
