Hi my name is Cleo and I was living in a house that was horrible , I wasn’t fed or given water a lot of days and wasn’t treated very well . One day these people came to my house and picked me up with a net and threw me in a cage and brought me to a shelter that said I wasn’t friendly and wanted to kill me . I’m shy , love to be held for awhile, petted and talked to . My life was saved by Forgotten pet and  Wildlife Rescue and I have a foster that’s teaching me I can trust . She kept me in filth, didn’t feed or give me water much less affection most of the time.  One day these people came into my house because I was left alone with my kitty family and no one  was taking care of us and they threw nets in me and threw me in a cage . I was so scared and didn’t understand what why this was happening . I was taken to a horrible place where they said I was not a nice. I was saved by a rescue Forgotten pet  and Wildlife rescue and they put me with a foster that is good to me and is teaching me that not all people are bad .               December 4, 2024, 6:00 pm

This resilient 3-year-old boy, Charley, is a true miracle looking for his forever home in Houston. After being found abandoned at a beach park following a dog attack, he has made a complete recovery from a broken left leg and torn ligaments. Today, his past injury doesn't stop him from jumping and playing just like any other cat. Weighing a handsome 15 lbs, Charley is a mellow, "perfect" love bug who is fully litter box trained, remarkably patient during nail trims, and loves being held and cuddled. He is a gentle, clingy sweetheart who gets along beautifully in multi-cat households and would make an ideal emotional support companion. Fully vaccinated and ready for his fresh start!
