Story
Marzipan was born 10/09/21 and she was adopted from or organization as a kitten along with her friend Axel to be companions for twins. The family later had another child who unfortunately turned out to be highly allergic to cats so Marzipan and Axel were returned to us in January 2026. She is friendly girl who is quiet and a little shy at first, but she's very loving and gets along well with other pets! This sweet girl has lived happily in a home with kiddos and does great with family life! Like many pets after a sudden change, she’s still adjusting, and we’d love to see her in a home soon to help her transition more quickly and feel safe again. 🐾 Marzipan is up to date on her vaccines, wormed, microchipped and spayed. You can visit Marzipan at Family Animal Hospital of Friendswood during working hours. If you’d like to give this pretty girl a home, please fill out our no obligation adoption form here bit.ly/starlightadopt and our adoption counselor will be in touch.

Story
Prue is about two years old and we’ve had her for just over a year. She has a lot of spunk and personality, and would thrive with another cat or dog to play with. My dogs are not playful and don’t like entertaining her. We are trying to rehome her because we recently had a baby, and she is not small child/baby friendly. She unfortunately tried to attack my three month old. She is fully litter box trained, loves to snuggle when it’s cold, and is an overall good cat, it’s just an unfortunate situation where she plays too hard for us to keep her. Comes with litter box, cat food, & 5 ft cat tower.

Story
Free rehoming! This is Gabby. I believe she is 14 years old. My husband has had her since she was a baby. She is quiet, loving & very chill. She is house trained & loves cat nip. Unfortunately my husband works out of town & I am not home enough with my busy schedule to take care of them. I just want them to go to a loving home

Story
Hi everyone my name is Coraline and if you’re on the lookout for a cutie pie kitten with lots of pizzazz look no further - I’m here! I was born in May 2025 and was pretty sick when impounded at a crowded shelter. That put me at risk but thankfully my foster mom quickly scooped me up, fixed me up and showered me with affection and good groceries. I’m a social little gal so will tell you all about my day while seeking attention and I get along great with other cats, nice dogs and fun children. As a high-energy kitten I need to have an active kitty buddy to romp with to help keep me out of mischief :) My motto could be “let me entertain you” and if that sounds purrfect for your family I’d love to audition!  The cat adoption fee is $120 (or $190 for two cats). Second Chance Pets is a foster-based organization so all animals live in foster homes throughout the area. All cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV and feline leukemia, fully vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed and microchipped. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Clear Lake Petco (2410 Bay Area Blvd, Houston 77058). If interested in one of our cats please feel free to complete an application, found on our website www.secondchancepets.org, and email it to us at pets2adopt@yahoo.com for pre-review. Story
Ladybug and her littermates were born to a stray mama cat in March 2025 and rescued when the babies were just a few days old. Life indoors with a caring foster family has been great but since all of her siblings have been adopted she is more than ready to find her own forever home (as is her mama Dolly). Ladybug sports a colorful tortoiseshell coat and an outgoing purrsonality with a splash of “tortitude” :) She loves to play and would likely do best in a home with another active young kitty to romp with since she’s a very energetic little gal. The cat adoption fee is $120 (or $190 for two cats). Second Chance Pets is a foster-based organization so all animals live in foster homes throughout the area.
