Chief, almost 2, loves snuggling, walks/runs, tug-o-war, fetch and laying in boxes :) He is a quick learner and eager to please. He loves training! He enjoys being mostly indoors, but will happily accompany you on outdoor adventures. When he wakes up or someone comes home, he runs to bring a toy. He loves to play with other dogs. If challenged by an aggressive dog, he will fiercely defend himself though. He has high prey drive- cats, bunnies, etc. He had separation anxiety from living with a family who didn’t have time for him. He now enjoys crate time when home alone, and does not get so worked up about people coming and going. He needs a high fenced yard and should not be left unsupervised outdoors. He would likely do best with a single owner. He thrives on consistency and routine. He needs a strong leader who will do on-going obedience and resource guarding training. He needs an owner who he can feel confident is in charge at all times, especially when meeting new people.

Goose is a gentle giant of a dog, good with other dogs and teenagers in his foster home, and due to his size, would be best in a home with children over 12.  True to his breed, he can be protective of his people, and a strong owner with breed experience would be the best scenario for Goose. Goose is house trained, crate trained and loves playing tug, fetch and chewing on antlers.  He rides well in the car and has been going to work with his foster mom. If you are looking for a jumbo puppy that is playful and silly, and have breed experience, Goose might be the boy for you! Good evening, I am looking for a new home for my dog due to the fact that I don't have a home for him. My family and I live in a small apartment that does not have the space to accommodate me having a pet. Also, having him here has caused a financial strain for my mom and compromised our lease agreement. I have had Chappo for 6 months and he's a good puppy - he just needs a stable and loving home. My sister and I have both bonded with him but have come to the understanding that we can't keep him. Due to the community rules where we live, I do need to find a home for him immediately and hoping to do so before surrounding him to the humane society. He likes playing outdoors, he his house trained, enjoys being close for a nice snuggle, he's curious, cute and is going to be such a good looking dog when he fully grows up. I am willing to pay for the remainder of the shots that he needs.

Emily is a 14 week old little Lab-Cane COrso mix female puppy who weighs 30 pounds. Her Mom and her siblings were dumped in a field and left to die. Emily was diagnosed with Parvo but we caught it early and she has had full treatment at our vet. She is well enough to leave the vet and we will do a fecal to make sure she is no longer contagious before she is adopted. She is a happy somewhat shy puppy who is feeling better and beginning to want to play. Emily will make a good companion and is at just the right age to socialize her with all other pets and family. She has had her first set of shots, dewormed, rabies and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $350 and new owner will need to spay her when she is older.
