It is with a very heavy heart that we have decided on rehoming our Bengal cat, Princess Leia. She is a deeply loved member of our family, and this decision has not been made lightly. Unfortunately, we have recently discovered that our baby has developed an allergy, and after careful consideration, we believe rehoming is the best path forward for both our child and Leia. Princess Leia is a TICA-registered Bengal and was originally bred with the intention of being a queen. She has undergone all recommended health screenings and is in excellent health. Although she was ultimately found to be infertile, she was rehomed to me at around three years old. She has been a wonderful companion ever since. In terms of temperament, Leia is truly exceptional. She has no behavioral issues and is incredibly affectionate, a total cuddle bug. She has been gentle and calm around our baby and does very well with children, though is timid. We prefer her to go to a home who has time to give her attention.
