Story
Born from a farm and taken in about 6-8 weeks of birth. He is a sweet cat, he just hates being picked up and squished/smothered. He is not a cat that you can bury your face into. He is a cat that will come to cuddle next to you or on you. He will sleep on you, and he likes to be scratched on his head and upper back. He just really hates being picked up and will scratch to get away. We have small children, so this is an issue we cannot procrastinate on. We just want him to find a home that will respect him and love him. He currently lives with 2 other cats, one 10 years old, the other is his sister, so the same age (9 months). He has exposure to dogs. Currently dog sitting a large breed with no issues. He eats science diet and has no known medical issues.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Iris (Victoria) was adopted in 2022, but sadly returned in December 2025. She had been peeing outside her litterbox, and ended up with some health issues that her adopters were not equipped to handle and provide the necessary care for. Iris has been diagnosed with a condition called Feline Interstital Cystitis, also known as FIC. This FIC condition is basically an inflammation of the bladder in cats.  Left untreated this inflammation can make the walls of the bladder thick, and make it more difficult to urinate, which mimics an infection however no bacteria is present.  It is important that Iris continues to receive care for this FIC condition, because without that the FIC could progress and cause an obstruction - which would make it impossible to urinate.  So this care includes a prescription food and medication cost (>$50 every few months) and is something that potential adopters need to be comfortable with providing, but we think Iris is definitely worth it and she will kindly repay her family with a lifetime of sweet feline cuddles and playful moments! Not to mention we think she is absolutely gorgeous! in addition the the medications she is receiving, we will be adding a Feliway diffuser in her room to hopefully help with her stress, as we know that FIC symptoms have been linked to stress, so a quieter home may also be the best fit for Iris.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 11, 2026, 12:36 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Princess is the sweetest cat. As an older gal, she enjoys long naps and snuggles on the couch.  Princess has a few medical issues to note. She is declawed, FIV+ and is diabetic.  Princess' diabetes is not controlled and she requires insulin twice daily (at 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.).  In order to determine the correct amount of insulin to administer, Princess has to wear a continuous glucose monitor (as her glucose is not always steady).  In order to help maintain her glucose, she requires a minimum of 3 meals of Friskies pate wet food daily.  Princess is not the biggest fan of her continuous glucose monitor, so she wears infant t-shirts to keep them on. Since being in foster care, she has learned to co-exist with another diabetic cat and calm dogs.     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 22, 2025, 5:39 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Mirabel is unique black and white sweetheart who experienced a sudden change in her owner's home life and found herself looking for a new place for herself to call home! Mirabel loves to be loved. She will welcome you at the door when you get home and share her soft snuggles. Mirabel, like her housemates, enjoys chin scratches and belly rubs and all the love you can give - and she will give it right back. She gets along with other kitties and would LOVE to find a home with her pal Daisy. Mirabel and Daisy are BEST FRIENDS. They are both very relaxed and loving, but if you take a break from pouring on the attention, they find comfort and warmth from each other.  They both snuggle on your lap or next to you on the couch - as long as they know you love them - and they want you to know how much you are loved! Mirabel was brought up to date on shots on Jan 27 - so she would be cleared to go into a home with other pets Feb 10. If you have no other pets - she can go home anytime!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 11, 2026, 11:22 am
