Potato (Taters) is talkative and loves attention. He came to me as a possible temporary rehome after his original owner chose to rehome him. He likes to sit next to you with one paw touching you. I will be providing nail clippers if you don't already have any so his loving touch isn't sharp. He doesn't seem to mind my 4 year old and sometimes even likes her attention. I believe he would do well in any home so long as he gets lots of love.

This girl has a big personality - if you are not giving her your undivided attention, you will hear her go on and on and on about it. She will happily carry on a conversation with you any day, especially if treats are involved. Lyra isn't much for cuddly holding sessions (she's got things to do, okay?), but with some patience and love she will gladly accept lots of pets. She has done okay with other cats that match her energy or are laid back but she would also be great as your only kitty. She has not yet been tested with dogs and would likely do best in a home with older children that understand her boundaries of not wanting to be picked up at times. Lyra's adoption fee is $85 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations, and an FeLV/FIV test. Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor only pets and that adopters have a history of having kept their pets altered and current on vaccinations, preventatives, and wellness exams. George was part of a litter born under a shed next to a very busy alley. Our volunteer TNRed the litter but George was very friendly and didn't stay away from the cars.
