Story
Meet Mochi. She is approximately 4 - 4 1/2 years old. Not fixed. I took her as a favor to a friend that was going to send her to a shelter, but I can’t keep her in my apartment. She is very friendly after an initial “getting to know you” period but it only takes a day or 2. She also does well with other animals after a few days of being around them. She’s a small cat and just wants to be loved. I’m located in Chesterfield, MO. Edit: Mochi is an indoor cat.

Story
If you are looking for cats who would lay on your lap and watch some TV and love head and belly rubs, Qand & Barq are the perfect cats! We adopted two tabby cats, Qand with her brother Barq, they are from the same litter. They have been together and are very comfortable with each other. They are 3 years old. We are hoping to find a home that could give Qand and Barq love, time and compassion. They are kind and gentle. They love to be around people and love their owners. Qand is curious, caring and loves a warm lap. Barq is a softie, kind and just loving. Her and her brother are also quite social with any family and guests. They always welcomes guests and love attention from them. They are loving and caring and we are so grateful for the 3 years we were able to share with them. Qand has been with her brother so we’d like them to stay together. They are healthy active cats and we are also open to let them keep their cat tree, water fountain, cat leashes, and any toys we have.

Story
A friend of my father gave Nala to us when she was a kitten. She is now 2 years old. Nala is a very playful cat. She is shy and timid when we have people over. Whenever I sit down, she comes to my lap and will rest and nap. She is so soft and enjoys a long snuggle. Most nights, she will sleep at the end of my bed. She can be a bit finicky when it comes to eating. She loves to sit at the top of the cat tree and watch the birds. She comes when called and likes treats. She has done well around my daughter's dog when we have kept him when they have been out of town a few times. We have a larger male cat that has bullied her some, so she is on alert and sometimes skiddish. She would do well with other cats, just not ones that are aggressive. I am heartbroken that we have to re-home her due to moving. She would be a perfect companion for an older person or a home without a lot of noise or visitors. She is absolutely the sweetest creature and deserves a loving home.

Story
This cat, Tierney, is by far the sweetest cat I have ever met. My daughter gave her to me in late August because she moved to Chicago, and this cat could not get along with my daughter's roommate's dog. The only reason I am looking to rehome Tierney is because I am starting a new job that requires a lot of travel, and I am leaving for a month of training on February 16th. I received Tierney in late August. She is the most affectionate cat I have ever had. She always wants to be near me. While sleeping or watching tv, she is always next to me. She loves to be petted, and she is very playful. She is not super vocal, but she does meow sometimes when she is away from me and wants my attention. She has never once demonstrated aggression, but she can be a little stubborn at times. She rarely jumps up on counters or tries to eat human food. My main hope for Tierney is that she finds a home with people who can pay attention to her and appreciate how affectionate she is.

We love Milo and are sad to have to make this decision. He is a 4 year old super low maintenance cat. My husband and son are just allergic and we are also relocating. So he needs a new home.

Story
7 year old Tabby girl. I rescued her from a lady who said she started to attack her and her 4 year old daughter. The Cat has been through lots of changes in the past year, a move from another state, new condo, new litter. I think she may have snapped. She has not been aggressive with me at all, nor my kids 11 and 9. She is adapting to my 2 current cats, they are slowly being introduced, I think she may be good with another cat if introduced right. Thought I could take her to a no kill shelter but NOBODY is taking cats. She is really sweet so far, loves pets but not as certain about being picked up yet. Not sure if her nails ever have been cut, working on that slowly. I cannot have 3 cats.
