From tomcat to lap cat, Inkie has led an incredible life and has so much more life to live! Inkie was trapped as a stray and initially assumed to be feral, and you know what they say about assumptions… Inkie has blossomed in his foster home. He's a little hesitant around new people, but warms up to them quickly. He loves to cuddle and will yell if he feels that he's not getting enough of your attention. He'll also yell if he believes that he could be starving to death. In addition to all of the yelling, he utilizes his softer voice when he just wants to chat. Some fun facts about Inkie: - He loves wet food and catnip!!! - Recently learned to play with a fleece wand toy. - Will enthusiastically play with catnip kicker toys. - Serious FOMO. Has no idea what’s going on, but desperately wants to be involved. - Definite good boy - Enjoys cardboard scratchers Inkie also has FeLV, FIV, and asthma. Meet Vinnie! Vinnie is a very sweet and handsome young fella found on the streets of South City, just a few blocks from Tenth Life. This boy is such a lover and snuggler! He wants to be the center of attention – he loves being held and will take all the love and pets and kisses you want to give him – even on his belly! Vinnie is happiest when he's with his people getting plenty of interaction and stimulation. He really wants to be included in your home's daily routines and activities. He is gentle with his claws and teeth, even when playing, and he loves to play – especially with soft bouncy balls, wand toys, strings, trackballs, kickers, etc. Vinnie is great about using his cardboard scratchers and scratching posts, and is a litter box champ. He loves watching Cat TV on the iPad, and watching birds, squirrels and people out the windows – even better if the windows are open (a catio would be his dream)! Vinnie has good table manners and hasn't shown much interest in human food, but he loves ALL cat food and treats (especially Churus). He's great with kids, and we think he might like an animal companion as well, but we don't know for sure how he is with dogs or other cats yet. He's still very much a kitten and cannot be trusted around (cat-safe) houseplants at this time, but he may be able to peacefully cohabitate with plant life in the future. James is diabetic and receives insulin twice daily and a prescription food, which is is a champ about! Due to his diabetes, he does have some neuropathy in his back legs and goes to the vet each month for a pain injection and sometimes needs pain medication at home to help him feel his best. Meet Pringles! Pringles is a fun-loving, lap-sitting, toy-catching, mouth-drooling gentleman. He came to Tenth Life with a large wound on his front leg and after taking time to heal, he's ready for his forever home! He loves, loves, loves to hang out with his human and will plop right on your lap as soon as you sit down. He loves to be warm and cozy, so when he's not hanging out with you, he's in a sunspot or burrowed under some blankets. Pringles is FIV+ and does like to nibble, so his ideal forever home would have no FIV- cats, dogs, or young children, and plenty of space for him to run and play! Pringles has major vet anxiety, so he will need to be medicated for any travel or vet visits.
