Story
Oscar is a six month old kitten with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He’s quirky, affectionate, playful, and endlessly entertaining. He’s completely obsessed with water sinks, dripping faucets, and especially his cat fountain are his favorite forms of entertainment. He will literally walk through the kitchen sink while you’re doing dishes and doesn’t mind getting wet one bit. He also loves car rides and outdoor adventures. If there’s exploring to be done, Oscar is ready. Oscar truly loves people and is incredibly social. He’s confident, affectionate, and happiest when he’s involved in whatever you’re doing. He does well with other cats and would likely thrive in a home with playful feline companions. He has not been introduced to dogs. Oscar would do best in an active home that can give him plenty of playtime, stimulation, and safe outdoor experiences (he does great with harness adventures!).

Story
Cookie is a 5-year-old black-and-white beauty with a heart as soft as her fur and a personality just as sweet as her name suggests. She was lovingly named after “Grandma Cookie” and has carried that legacy of comfort, calm, and gentle companionship ever since. Cookie is an independent gal who thrives in a quiet home where she can be the one and only queen of your heart (and your windowsills). She’s got opinions, and she’s not shy about sharing them—especially if treats are involved. Shake the snack box and she’ll come trotting with the most adorable meow and a hopeful stare. She’s low-maintenance, affectionate on her terms, and a perfect match for someone looking for a mellow, loving feline roommate.

Story
This is one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make, but I am looking for a loving, stable home for Helena where she can truly thrive. She deserves consistent attention, time, and stability, and right now I am not able to give her everything she needs. Helena is very loved, and this decision comes from putting her best interests first. I want her to have a home where she can receive lots of love, patience, and care, and where she can grow happy and secure. Letting her go is not easy, but I believe it’s the right choice so she can have the life she deserves. Thank you to anyone willing to open their heart and home to her 🤍 p.s text me and I’m willing to negotiate price or answer questions! (864-432-9523)

Very sweet girl. Loves her cheeks and chin scratched. Big purrs. Skittish around strangers but warms quickly if you let her come to you in her terms. Prefers quiet. Ok with kids but will run and hide if chased. Owner relocating over seas for work. Oh, her tongue sticks out a lot and it’s very cute.

Story
“Queen” Lisa would love to be the Queen of her Castle. She can get along with others if you will slow intro but she would just as soon not. Her foster mom says she’s a fair weather friend: she likes other cats sometimes & sometimes she doesn’t. She doesn’t like being contained in a carrier but doesn’t mind being held & loved on, and she rewards you with big purrs. If you would like to meet Queen Lisa and see how she would rule your castle, please schedule a meet & greet. You won’t be sorry!

Story
Asheville, NC This is how Minestrone was described: “Minestrone is the most delightful kitten! He loves to be held and snuggled and his little body vibrates with purrs! He loves to chase around a jingley ball toy or bat at a ribbon, but also really leans into the cuddles. He is generally very quiet and calm but has his energetic moments. He is so affectionate and just wants to be in your arms or at your side. He is a smaller kitty- looks more like 7 months than 9 Months” Minestrone doesn’t care for other kitties. Multiple attempts were made to introduce Minestrone to others & he had a lot to say about it - all negative. Apply at fureverfriendsavl.org & a volunteer will be in touch. #wheresmyfamily #FurEverFriendsAvl
