We are looking for the right home for our cat Luna. We’ve had her for about 4 years, and she truly is the sweetest lovebug with her humans. She loves attention, cuddles, and being near her people. Unfortunately, Luna does not do well with other animals. Before we adopted her, she was attacked by a dog and had to have surgery; she still has a stitch scar on her side from the bite. Because of that trauma, she is extremely scared of other pets. She hisses and panics whenever another cat gets near her. It’s become clear that Luna would thrive best in a single pet household where she can feel safe and be the center of attention. Luna is sweet, affectionate, very loving with people, would do best as the only pet in the home, indoor cat, spayed, she is about 9 years old

Channel, or as we like to call her Nell, was adopted as a kitten and has been house trained and loved for 6 years. Nell loves to be pet and relax. She is a sleepy girl who loves to lay on blankets in the sun, or sit beside you in a desk chair while you work. She is very small and gentle to the point that she can get along with most animals. She currently lives with 2 small dogs and 1 other cat who have never had any issues with her. I love her very much but unfortunately I will not be able to support her, as I am leaving the home and cannot provide for her means the way I would like to.

Story

Zuko is a very sweet, cuddly little man and we love him very much, but unfortunately we can't keep up with his medical needs and give him the care and attention he deserves. He was abandoned in northern VA several years ago and picked us to be his humans while we were visiting family for the holidays, and came back to NC with us in 2022. We don't know his age, but he acts like a little old man. He has 1 sightless eye, which the vet said will not require enucleation unless something changes, and suffers from chronic ear infections and allergies. We suspect his hip was broken at one point and has arthritis, but he still runs around and jumps on things he shouldn't. He loves every person he meets, and tolerates our two dogs, but has an absolute zero tolerance policy for other cats - he will choose violence EVERY time. He will come with a litter robot 4 and a cat tree, as well as various cat toys and beds and bowls, if desired.

Luna is a little girl seven years old about 7 pounds so she’s on the smaller side. She’s very sweet but independent she loves being outdoors. She lived in the country near a lake and now she lives in a development and we have been told we cannot keep her. She loves to visit all the neighbors and one complained. She is a Hunter. She’ll bring you birds and mice and moles to you. She has a cat door so she’s an indoor and outdoor cat. She loves to live on our porch and sleep on her blanket on her chair, she knows what time is 5 o’clock for dinner and she likes to just be around nearby you when you’re out and about easy to care for we’re very sad, but she will make a nice cat for somebody that has a yard where she can have her freedom to come and go
