As a highly sociable feline, he thrives on attention and has developed a fondness for various dental treats during his stay. He has also demonstrated a hearty appetite. Adoption hours are Monday-Friday 11:00-3:30 & Saturday 8:00-11:30

Hello! KeKe is very gentle and sweet with her human and conforms her personality to other cats' needs. If they play hard, she plays hard - if they want to cuddle and groom, she will cuddle and groom - if they like to gently bat, tease, and chase each other she will do that as well. Hello! This one year old cutie was a feral momma that came to us back in February but with a little help, she has decided she is ready to find a place to call home. She is good with kids, dogs, and other cats but prefers a nice quiet place to get adjusted. She will need someone who is patient with her and can understand her signals when she doesn’t want to be touched. She loves to play with strings and enjoys squeeze treats. She also loves being scratched with a back scratcher. She is super quiet and sweet. She would make a great companion to another animal or human. Once given the chance, I know she has the potential to be a snuggly lap kitty. She just needs more time to feel comfortable. I am located in the Wilmington, NC area. Hello! Eye-Ris was living in the streets with one eye, raising her own 4 babies, when she was surrendered to the shelter. There, they gave her 3 orphan kittens to feed. She took to them immediately and raised them as her own. All4Cats got her into foster and helped supplement her feedings. Now most of her babies have found their families, and she deserves the same. Eye-Ris is a quiet, timid girl. She will sit next to people, and likes being pet (especially under her chin!). But she's not a lap cat and doesn't like being picked up. She would benefit from a quiet, calm home. She LOVES other cats and would love to have some cat siblings. She hasn't met dogs to our knowledge, and may get along with calm dogs. She hasn't been around children while in foster, but may also do well with calm kids who don't pick her up. She's very food motivated, especially if it involves cheese or burgers or cheeseburgers. She has even learned how to open a pizza box and silently snag a fish filet off the counter. So if you're seeking a quiet, calm girl who will make sure you don't have any leftover cheese, she's your girl! She's currently eating Purina Cat Chow Naturals (dry), and Fancy Feast Grilled variety pack (wet). And cheese when she can get away with it. I am located in the Wilmington, NC area. SPECIAL NEEDS: Pixie really needs to be adopted by a very experienced and alert human. She has Manx Syndrome and allergies. She must maintain a prescription diet and get medications twice a day to keep her colon active. She may occassionaly require manual manipulation of her gut to move her fecal matter. Sweet Pixie was found by animal control and taken to a vet, as she was too little to go to the shelter. The vet called Feline Matchmakers and we took her in. She nursed on a mama cat that had a litter about her age and grew up with her adopted family in foster care. She is now a social, spunky little bundle of joy! All Feline Matchmakers cats get age appropriate vaccinations, fixed, tested and microchipped prior to adoption.
