Story
Billie is a petite five pound, 15-year-old kitty who is looking for a home to live out her golden years after her human mom passed away. Billie is used to living in a quiet home that she coexisted in with another kitty. She primarily keeps to herself but does enjoy receiving pets and attention from her foster family. While Billie doesn't mind coexisting with another cat, she has never lived with dogs. Loud noises and quick movement from tiny humans are a bit too overwhelming for Billie. She was diagnosed with kidney disease which is currently being managed but will need to be monitored through yearly bloodwork. Billie prefers eating wet food over dry, and likes to have at least two cans of wet food a day. If you want to make Billie a part of your family, apply online today! The adoption fee for Billie is sponsored. All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, combo tested, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Story
Oscar and Felix are the kitty "odd couple" and are bonded! Their love languages are belly rubs and yummy food. Oscar's favorite activity is lounging around and watching all the action. Felix observes at first, but once he knows your lap is a safe space, he is there for all of the cuddles. Who needs a weighted blanket when you have these sweet cat brothers to snuggle! Felix is 3 year's old. Weighing in at 18 pounds (Oscar) and 16 pounds (Felix), the boys are fairly low in activity. They enjoy climbing their cat tree for a nap or batting around their catnip toys. All the treats are welcome in moderation! Oscar and Felix are litter box trained. They have not been around other cats or dogs, but they certainly love each other and their foster family! If you are looking for gentle, loving (and chunky) cats to complete your family, these boys are waiting to be a part of your family! Felix is currently being fostered in Burlington, KY and his adoption fee is $50. All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, combo tested, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. Story
Ms. Labonz is a petite 6 lb, 3-year-old long haired grey cat. This sweet girl came to her foster family with a litter of 4 kittens and was a great mama. From the beginning she would share her babies with her fosters and wanted to make friends with her foster homes two resident cats. The resident cats were a bit skeptical of her and her immediate desire to show them love, but with a controlled and monitored meeting schedule, the three of them spend all day together now. Any adopter would need to be aware of current pets that may not want close attention from a cat, because she is a true in your face love bug. She can be quite vocal when looking for the humans or cats in the house, and will cry out until she finds someone to spend time with. She is sweet and social, but also very relaxed. Labonz will let others brush her, clip her nails, and then will fall asleep on their lap. Open windows, cat trees with hammocks, and cat nip filled plush toys are some of her favorite things. She's litter box trained. When it comes to food, she is currently eating Iams, but has liked it all! If you're looking for a sweet and social addition to your family, she might be a great fit for you! Ms. Labonz is being fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $75.00. The adoption fee for adult cats is $75. All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, combo tested, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.
