MILOVENTI is approx. 7 years old and is a very sweet, handsome marbled tabby boy with long legs and a splash of white on his chest. (He’s named for Milo Ventimiglia, the handsome actor from the TV show, This Is Us),  He’s very socialable & outgoing, wants to be with you!  He butts his head against you for you to pet & hold him; and has the best purrrsonality!!!  And the cutest little “chirp” of a meow when he wants to get your attention! He loves to be petted and get cuddles & snuggles—he’d love to be your best friend! He's got a digestion condition (IBD) that is totally managed with daily medication that he takes very easily. He sometimes acts rather dominant with the other kitties at his foster home - we think he'd be best as an only cat to be the king of his domain!  Adoption fee (60.00) includes Spay or Neuter, vaccinations, combo-tested - negative for FeLV & FIV, and micro-chipped.   If interested in adopting, please fill out our application at  https://www.pfcatrescue.org/adoption-application/.  March 7, 2026, 11:23 am

We were contacted about this beautiful friendly boy that showed up at a feral colony that was being fed. He was too nice to leave outside. We took him in and after 30 plus days of quarantine, we tested him for fiv/felv. The test showed a very faint positive for leukemia so we ran an additional test - here is what the report said: "These quantitative results are below 1.0x10^6 copies/mL and consistent with a regressive FeLV infection. Regressive FeLV infections are associated with lower levels of proviral DNA in circulating blood cells and lower amounts of FeLV p27 antigen in circulation. Cats with regressive infections are less likely to be infectious to other cats or to be sick due to an FeLV-associated disease. Cats with regressive infections may transmit FeLV by blood transfusion even if antigen negative. Cats with regressive infection may remain nonclinical or may revert to progressive infection in association with immunosuppression, stress or concurrent disease. Regressively infected cats may mount a sufficient immune response to eventually become PCR and/or antigen negative." SOOOO- he is in a room by himself. We have him on a couple of supplements so hopefully he can fight off the leukemia. He is just so darn nice! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and otherwise very healthy. Care to give this special boy a chance? He should be an only cat until we can retest in a few months.... Adoption fee $60. Born likely spring of 2024. Stevie- Stevie is an orange tabby who is very sweet, affectionate  and loves getting pets, relaxing in the couch (good partner for watching  tv), and playing with unconventional toys live plastic bags and pieces of string! She is quite talkative and you can often hear her speaking to  whoever will listen. She is very calm and has been good with dogs, as  long as they are good with her! she is not declawed but has been spayed. She has not been exposed to being around other cats as far as I know. She loves to be brushed, and will lay in your lap or at your feet as long as you let her!   This litter (Feisty, Moon, Nellie, Snoop, Tinker) has been lovingly taken care of by the kind man who adopted their momcat & helped bring them into the world; kept indoors and played with and loved.  He says, " They love balls with bells, catnip toys, and big fans of paper balls!!! They love to follow you around and be where you are. All of them are huge lap cats and could lay on your lap for hours if you allow it."   He'd keep them all if he could, but it's time they move on to homes of their own (and they'd love to be adopted together with 1 or 2 of their siblings!)   All have been  spay or neutered & vaccinated, and kept on flea prevention. He is very friendly and good with other cats and  dogs, but he absolutely loves kids. He's a spunky guy who likes to  play with his brother (Morty) and his toys.
