MILOVENTI is approx. 7 years old and is a very sweet, handsome marbled tabby boy with long legs and a splash of white on his chest. (He’s named for Milo Ventimiglia, the handsome actor from the TV show, This Is Us), He’s very socialable & outgoing, wants to be with you! He butts his head against you for you to pet & hold him; and has the best purrrsonality!!! And the cutest little “chirp” of a meow when he wants to get your attention! He loves to be petted and get cuddles & snuggles—he’d love to be your best friend! He's got a digestion condition (IBD) that is totally managed with daily medication that he takes very easily. He sometimes acts rather dominant with the other kitties at his foster home - we think he'd be best as an only cat to be the king of his domain! Adoption fee (60.00) includes Spay or Neuter, vaccinations, combo-tested - negative for FeLV & FIV, and micro-chipped. We were contacted about this beautiful friendly boy that showed up at a feral colony that was being fed. He was too nice to leave outside. We took him in and after 30 plus days of quarantine, we tested him for fiv/felv. The test showed a very faint positive for leukemia so we ran an additional test - here is what the report said: "These quantitative results are below 1.0x10^6 copies/mL and consistent with a regressive FeLV infection. Regressive FeLV infections are associated with lower levels of proviral DNA in circulating blood cells and lower amounts of FeLV p27 antigen in circulation. Cats with regressive infections are less likely to be infectious to other cats or to be sick due to an FeLV-associated disease. Cats with regressive infections may transmit FeLV by blood transfusion even if antigen negative. Cats with regressive infection may remain nonclinical or may revert to progressive infection in association with immunosuppression, stress or concurrent disease. Regressively infected cats may mount a sufficient immune response to eventually become PCR and/or antigen negative." SOOOO- he is in a room by himself. We have him on a couple of supplements so hopefully he can fight off the leukemia. He is just so darn nice! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and otherwise very healthy. Babyface had a previous home but his human mom wanted to give him a better life than what she could so he came to Purrfect Friends. This boy is a lover; he loves everyone he meets and other cats. There is no such thing as enough toys in his mind. He is currently being fostered with other cats and loves his bff Soleil. He is required to be adopted with her. Reed Was found Outside At five weeks old at a construction site by one of our Volunteers. He is extremely affectionate loves playing with his foster brothers Woodstock and Gizmo he would love to be adopted with one of them. Reed Loves to snuggle and has a very loud Purr that would melt your heart. . He loves playing with cat toys and climbing his cat tree .. He is Fully vaccinated, Neutered, negative for FIV / feline leukemia and Micro Chipped. Reed would not do good with smaller children or large dogs.
