This is courtesy post for a family in Grove City who has a momma cat with two 5-6 month old kittens living in their neighborhood. All three cats are sweet and friendly. The kittens have been adopted. Only Ravage, the mom, still needs a home. The family TNRed the kitties, so they are all are spayed/neutered but they want to find them homes with winter coming. They have recently moved them all inside the house. Ravage (momma cat) 1-1.5 yo dilute tortie female. She showed up outside of the family's home skinny and with kittens. She was trapped and spayed, has had her vaccines, is FIV and Feline Leukemia negative, microchipped, and treated preventatively for fleas/dewormed. She is very sweet and food motivated. She loves to play and lay in boxes filled with toys. She seems to do well with other cats as long as they give her a little space. She will let people pick her up and hold her for a minute or two. Story

My name is Vance. I was roaming a Hilliard neighborhood in late Fall. It's no fun being abandoned, but I would show up at this one house and find dinner waiting for me. In January just before it got really cold and snowy, they took me inside and gave me my own room. I slept for 3 days. I am a dark brown/black tabby, male, est 1-1/2 to 2 years old. I went to the vet and have been neutered and vaccinated. There are plenty of cats in this home already, so I would like a place of my own with someone who is patient and kind and will help me adjust to new surroundings. I'm doing a better job of trusting people than I used to and I welcome her when she opens the door. I don't think I'm ready for children and I don't know what to expect with dogs. If you have a safe, warm and cozy barn and give me yummy food, water and TLC, that would be ok too. Story

Daisy's owner went to a mental health facility and Daisy was left in an apartment for several weeks on her own. She now needs a forever home. Daisy was a stray who was fixed during a trapping project and has an ear tipped ear. The maintenance people later trapped Daisy and took her miles away to get rid of her and some of the other cats. Daisy found her way back home and showed up at the window looking for her family. The lady let her in and she has stayed inside ever since. Daisy is a gorgeous long-haired tortoiseshell cat. Her hair is so soft. It is like little bunny fur. She is about 3-4 years old. She is fixed. She has had her vaccines updated, been microchipped, and treated with flea preventative. She did test positive for FIV or feline immunodeficiency virus. Cats with FIV can live very long and happy lives. They cannot pass the virus on to other cats except by deep bites or from nursing moms passing the virus to their babies. Daisy has lived with two other cats, including O, for two years and both of them are negative. FIV positive cats can live with negative cats with no fear of passing it on to the other cats. Story

Roman was the outside kitty of a lady who is having to re-home her cats due to dementia. Roman was used to being fed on her front porch. Since the lady has to go to assisted living, we took Roman in. Roman could be a barn kitty, an inside/outside kitty, or an inside only cat for someone who does not mind that he does not like to be picked up and prefers pets on his own terms. He is a sensitive boy and just needs someone who understands that it frightens him to be picked up. Roman does like to be petted, but he gets overstimulated and will let you know with a soft paw swat when he has had too much. For this reason, he could not be in a home with children. Roman is friendly and does like head rubs and to have his face rubbed. He is also a talker and will talk to you. Roman likes other cats. He was hanging around with another cat on the front porch of the former caregiver's home. Roman is about 2-years-old. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV, treated preventatively for fleas/ticks, dewormed, and microchipped. Story

This is Nat. She showed up pregnant at a family's house. They had an appointment to have her spayed, but the day before her surgery, she had 6 kittens. The babies were born on July 27 and are now in new homes or are looking for homes. Nat is ready for her own cushy life, too. Nat will be going on November 14 to be spayed and vaccinated and get any other vet care she needs. After that, she will be ready to head to a new home. Nat is just an overgrown kitten herself. She is about a year old. Nat is extremely sweet and gentle. She loves wet food, windows, catnip toys, and your lap. She is a super lap kitty who would love to hang out with you wherever you are sitting down. Nat's daughter, Chanterelle, is also looking for a home. If the pair were adopted together, there would only be one adoption fee. Nat would be good with other cats, cat savvy children, and could be introduced to a cat friendly dog. Story

Zoomie is very sweet and loves to curl up on your lap. She is approximately 5 years old. She is not spayed as I kept thinking I would find a home for her. She had been my brother's cat until Sept 2025 when he unexpectedly left her with me and then no further contact from him. The only reason I need a good home for her is because I have 5 cats and one of them attacks her. She gets along fine with my other cats. I have tried my best for over a year in keeping them separated but this in not the best life for her. She also has Pillow Paws which is an autoimmune disease. When I got her I took her to the vet and she was treated for the first time in her life. So far all that has involved is a steroid shot. She initially had one in Sept and then Nov and then March. She has not needed one since then so she is doing great!! I also feed her vet recommended Royal Canin food which she does great with. If you would like a lovely little cat who would love you she is waiting for you.
