I enjoy quiet company, soft voices, and the kind of home where I can relax like a perfectly baked sweet potato wrapped in a warm blanket. Now, about my tail… I have some wounds at the base of it that are healing well and do not require any treatment at this time. The shelter people asked me to be honest, so here’s my version of events: I was conducting an important investigation into a mysterious object that kept following me everywhere. Every time I turned around, it turned too. I chased it left, I chased it right, I spun in circles like a furry little tornado, and somewhere during my top-secret mission, I ended up with a few scrapes near my tail. When my family’s grandchildren came to visit, I thought they were very strange little creatures and would hide from them. I was never aggressive—just a bit unsure! I’m respectful around children and would do best with people who understand that I may need a little patience while I settle in. I’m looking for a home where I can be your loving companion and the centre of your attention. I’d prefer to be the only cat in the home, as I’m not a fan of feline roommates. After being loved and cared for by my family, I’m now looking for a new home because they are moving and sadly cannot take me with them.
