Story
Hello, my name is Hobo! I am under a year old and I’ve had quite the journey to get here! The people who rescued me found in their front yard bush. Boy did I luck out since the people who found me are fosters for Paws. It turns out I had one large wound and a small one on the other side and boy did I get sick and quick. I wasn’t eating and had a high fever. Dr. Jackie examined me and after of getting a peek at the large wound it was determined I needed emergency care. I was rushed to the hospital where I spent the next 5 days receiving care for my wounds. It took about 2 weeks of TLC from my foster family, and other than my fur needing to grow back, I am now fully healed! I never had toys before, but my favorite are my mouse toys that get covered in catnip. I love to use my scratching post and laying in the window to watch outdoors.  Even though I’ve been an outdoor fella I have excellent litter habits. I haven’t been formally introduced to my foster families resident cats, but I’m very curious and chirp and play footsie underneath my own bedroom door. I haven’t not been exposed to dogs, but my foster family believes I will do better with a smaller older dog. Imma sweet boy who would love to find my forever home. Will it be with you?  ##2421143##

Story
Boots is a beautiful gray tabby with bright white “boots” on her paws! She's a little shy at first, but once she warms up she will love to play with you. She is often seen playing with her sibling Slush, who helps her learn to trust humans. She loves to climb up a cat tower and play with wand toys and doesn't let her small size get in her way!  ##2658120##

Story
Meet Tino – The Ultimate Lover Boy   During the coldest stretch of winter, Tino showed up in a local neighborhood searching for food and warmth. He chose one special house and didn’t leave their porch for nearly a week. Thankfully, Paws Across Pittsburgh stepped in to bring this sweet boy to safety — and he’s been stealing hearts ever since.   Tino’s past is a bit of a mystery. He arrived already neutered but had no collar and no microchip. Whatever his story was before, we know one thing for sure: he is an absolute love.   Tino is a super friendly guy who warms up quickly once he learns he can trust you. He would thrive with an adopter who understands that he may need a little time and space to decompress in a new environment. But once he feels safe? Get ready. The love he gives is endless.   Tino is estimated to be 1.5 years old.  He adores head scratches, melts for belly rubs, and is a full-time purr machine. His squishy little face is almost too cute to handle, and he has never met a Churu treat he didn’t love. Mealtime is definitely one of his favorite events of the day!   The kind family who first found Tino shared that he was very comfortable with their dog — walking right up to him outside without hesitation. Because of that, we think Tino could do wonderfully in a home with other cats and would likely do well with cat-savvy dogs after proper introductions.   If you’re looking for a loyal companion, a couch snuggler, and a certified lovebug who will reward your patience with nonstop affection, Tino might just be your perfect match.     Tino will be available for adoption on or after 2/16 through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA 15144, KL #16182. ##2660267##

Story
Hi! My name is Pickle! I am about 3 years old and came to Paws when I was surrendered to a local emergency hospital because my owners couldn’t afford life saving surgery. Paws stepped in so I could have a chance at living! I am fully recovered now and ready to find my new forever home! I'm a cuddly, big boned boy who loves scratches and rolling around on the ground. I have a very unique, conversational meow and love to talk over breakfast. Don't let my size fool you, I still love to run and play, but my favorite thing is head scratches. I've lived with other cats and am friendly with all adults I've met in my foster home. Kids stress me out, so I’d probably do best in a home without small children. Because of my surgery, I do need to eat a special food, at least for now. I really want to find my new best friend and my forever home - will it be you?  ##2436219##

Story
Hello, my name is Stormy!  I'm a 6-year-old gorgeous dilute calico looking for my forever home.  I'm bonded with my brother Simba.  We are truly the perfect pair.  We will need some time to warm up, but as long as we are together we can help each other be brave.  I will be the one to warm up first and can be very chatty!   Once comfortable we are friendly, sweet, and playful.  We love treats and playing with wand toys.  If you are looking for two cats to fill your home with love, we are the ones for you! ##2470846##
