Story
Meet Stevie! This handsome boy is about a year and a half old and is looking for his forever home to help him continue his journey. Stevie is a very sweet and playful boy who loves attention. He will happily greet you at the front window or door anytime you come home and follow you to the bathroom for pets. Stevie had a rough start but has come a very long way. He is still working on his social skills so is looking for a family who will be patient and able to keep learning with him. Stevie thrives with routine, and he loves other cats! He is a super curious boy but can get overstimulated and need a little time to calm down. Stevie would do best in a quieter home, preferably with other feline friends, and will make a great companion and playmate for his new family. ##2219696##

Story
Meet Kira, a stunning one-year-old tuxedo cat with a heart full of love and a story of resilience. Affectionately nicknamed "Mouthy" for her charming meows, Kira had a tough start living outdoors, where she proved her strength as a devoted mother to her litter of kittens. Now thriving in her foster home, she’s a superstar with other animals, showing remarkable patience and understanding, even when they’re not in the mood for her affection. Kira has a knack for teaching her foster sisters the art of being a cat—playful, affectionate, and full of personality.   Kira is a dream companion for homes with dogs or other cats, as her gentle and adaptable nature makes her an ideal friend for furry siblings. While she adores human company and will weave between your legs, purring and meowing with delight, she’s still learning to trust hands due to her past. She may swat gently to set boundaries but will quickly return to showering you with love, rubbing against your legs as if she could do it all day. With older, respectful children who understand her boundaries, Kira allows brief pets, showing her potential to grow even more trusting with patience and care. She’s not yet ready for younger children who may not recognize her need for space.   Kira would be the perfect addition to a home with other pets, bringing warmth, companionship, and endless leg-rubbing affection. If you’re looking for a loving, resilient cat who will fill your home with purrs and personality, Kira is ready to be your loyal friend—just watch your step as she weaves her magic around your legs! ##2540756##

Story
Introducing Chip, a happy lil guy who’s ready to take on the world! When we first met Chip, he was a scraggly, stray cat. He was covered in scratches and scabs, had a skinny frame, and was dirty as can be. Still, he had a loud voice and a loving nature– two assets that kept him alive on the streets. Despite all of the struggles he faced outside, his personality was so chipper. With this in mind, his name came easily: Chip! As soon as Chip came inside, it was obvious how grateful he was. He chirped and squawked at us, ate up any food we offered, and enjoyed lots of rubs, cuddles, and snoozefests with his new human friends. He quickly learned how to use a litterbox, come for mealtime, play with toys, and hang out with his new (cat) brothers and sisters. He’s not even two years old yet, so he’s looking forward to this new inside life for many years to come. Chip has LOTS of energy, and loves to play with toys and other cats. He announces his presence from room to room; takes great pleasure in zooming around at maximum speed; and enjoys exploring new rooms, items, people, and places. Simply put, he is a confident and fun-loving cat. He’ll make you laugh every day with his antics. If you’ve got an energetic household looking for a new cat, bring Chip into your family! Got kids? Sounds great. A dog or two? No problem; Chip will be a great new playmate. Other cats? Chip says, “YAY!” Some free time to hang out? Excellent; he’ll make sure you’re never bored.  Chip can’t wait to meet you! ##2581505##

Story
Diamond and her sister Eliza are a bonded pair of gorgeous kittens ready for their forever home. They will be shy at first, but Eliza warms up to new people quickly. Diamond takes a little more time, so patience with her will be key. Diamond is very playful and loves wand toys. As a young kitten, she'll need regular play time for exercise and bonding with her new family. She gets a few meals a day of healthy wet food, which is an essential part of every cat's diet. She loves to scratch and climb, so make sure she has trees, scratchers, and high places to explore. She is very friendly and affectionate. She does not like to be picked up, but loves to be given pets and scritches. She is getting used to the dogs in her foster home, but if you have a pup or two, they will need to be kept separated until they get acclimated. Diamond and Eliza would thrive in a quiet, cat-loving environment where they can be themselves, allowed to play and given enriching outlets for their natural behaviors. In return they will be loving, affectionate companions that will make anyone a cat person for life. ##2589397##

Story
Hello, my name is Hobo! I am under a year old and I’ve had quite the journey to get here! The people who rescued me found in their front yard bush. Boy did I luck out since the people who found me are fosters for Paws. It turns out I had one large wound and a small one on the other side and boy did I get sick and quick. I wasn’t eating and had a high fever. Dr. Jackie examined me and after of getting a peek at the large wound it was determined I needed emergency care. I was rushed to the hospital where I spent the next 5 days receiving care for my wounds. It took about 2 weeks of TLC from my foster family, and other than my fur needing to grow back, I am now fully healed! I never had toys before, but my favorite are my mouse toys that get covered in catnip. I love to use my scratching post and laying in the window to watch outdoors.  Even though I’ve been an outdoor fella I have excellent litter habits. I haven’t been formally introduced to my foster families resident cats, but I’m very curious and chirp and play footsie underneath my own bedroom door. I haven’t not been exposed to dogs, but my foster family believes I will do better with a smaller older dog. Imma sweet boy who would love to find my forever home. Will it be with you?  ##2421143##
