Bonded Pair Adoption Spotlight: Gypsy & Jasper Gypsy and her baby boy, Jasper, share a beautiful bond forged through love, resilience, and a dramatic rescue just before a snowstorm. Thanks to a caring soul, this devoted momma and her only kitten were brought to safety—where Gypsy could finally rest after working so hard to protect her little one. Gypsy is a gentle, cautious soul. She’s understandably a bit guarded and timid, but with patience and kindness, she’s slowly learning that the world can be a safe place. She is spayed, has received her rabies vaccine, and is FeLV/FIV negative. Jasper, her sweet son, is about 8 weeks old and full of playful kitten energy. He loves to play, explore, and bring a little joy wherever he goes. He will receive his second kitten vaccine before heading to their forever home with his momma. Jasper is also FeLV/FIV negative. Both Gypsy and Jasper are currently in a loving foster home, where they’re getting excellent socialization and learning to trust humans together. ***COURTESY POST*** This is really hard to write, but we are looking to rehome our cat, Rocky. Rocky is 5 years old, neutered, and has a big personality. Admittedly, he can be a bit aggressive in unfamiliar environments or with new people - it’s very much a fight-or-flight response, and his instinct is to be defensive. He’s not a cat that will immediately warm up, and he likes things on his terms. That said, once he learns to trust you, you’ll start to see a completely different side of him. He becomes affectionate, playful, and loves to be close to his person. He enjoys: • Chasing a laser and playing • Exploring and being active • Sleeping and snuggling once he’s comfortable We truly think Rocky would do best in a home where he has space and a bit of independence. He previously lived in Florida where he had access to the outdoors and absolutely loved it - catching lizards, exploring, etc. Since moving to PA, he’s been mostly indoors due to apartment living, and we think he’d really thrive again as an indoor/outdoor cat (or even a barn/farm setting). We’ve reached out to shelters and rescues but haven’t had luck due to capacity, so we’re hoping to find him the right fit directly. We’re happy to answer any questions and want to be fully transparent so he ends up in the right home.
