Meet Domino! He’s a handsome gentleman with two different colored eyes. His heterochromia makes him super unique! Besides his cool looks is an even cooler personality. He’s a totally fearless guy who doesn’t mind car rides or dogs barking. He hasn’t officially met the resident pets at his foster home but he seems very curious and interested in making new friends. He loves the simple things in life like loafing in a sunny spot, making biscuits, head scratches and treats! Domino may get a little overstimulated if pet too much but with patience and a gentle approach, he’s already showing that he enjoys love and affection. Wrinkles must have confirmed placement with a RESCUE PARTNER by SUNDAY, JUNE 21ST at 10AM. Should Wrinkles' medical or behavioral status change, his urgency and timeline for placement may also change. When Wrinkles arrived at ACCT Philly as a stray on June 17th, his mouth was hanging open, a visible sign that something wasn’t right. However, the team quickly noticed how sweet and affectionate he is, earning enthusiastic praise from both the finder who brought him in and the staff who have cared for him. Despite being in pain, he actively solicits pets and remains relaxed and cooperative during handling. Wrinkles has severe gingivostomatitis, which will require full-mouth extractions, and he may also benefit from a stomatitis treatment protocol. Due to his medical concerns, Wrinkles is urgently seeking placement with a rescue partner. He also has mild miliary dermatitis with no flea dirt present, and his submandibular lymph nodes were enlarged. Heart, lungs, and abdomen were within normal limits, though his abdomen felt slightly doughy. He tested negative for both FeLV and FIV. He was given Convenia and started on Buprenorphine twice daily for pain. Wrinkles will require full-mouth extractions and may also benefit from a stomatitis treatment protocol. - Due to being significantly overcapacity with animals and higher than usual intake, extensions are unlikely to be granted.
