Story
Meet Bowie! She's a perfectly spunky, one-year-old girl who makes an excellent office mate. She was found left behind in a Burlington apartment and the animal-loving manager made sure she wouldn't end up on the streets all alone. Bowie has come a long way since being rescued; she was very frightened and cautious of humans at first but with gentle care and patience, she has shown her softer, more playful side. Her face and that one little freckle are irresistible, not to mention her squeaky meow that sweetly asks for your attention. She enjoys cat nip, string toys, chasing small toys and napping on the desk. Bowie seems unbothered by gentle cats, but more reactive or territorial cats would not be a good fit for her. She would do best with someone who will take the time to get to know her and let her get acclimated on her own schedule. Bowie loves hanging out with her foster dad while he works, but she's ready to find her own person and continue her journey to live her best life possible. Story
Meet Olive! She is a sweet and chatty little lady, and loves rolling around on the ground and asking for treats and pets. Olive can be shy and prefers to come to you on her own terms. When she is comfortable, you will find her greeting you at the door when you come home and having spurts of zoomies! Olive is bonded with Felix, and they enjoy sleeping in weird places and play fighting. They love perching on windowsills and watching cat TV. These two are the perfect pair, they adjust to new people well and would make a great addition to anyone’s home! If you're interested in meeting Olive and Felix, complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
This might just be the sweetest Cookie you'll ever meet! He is a 4-year-old hunk with stunning emerald eyes and mitts to die for! But the icing on the cake (err...Cookie) is his lovable personality. He's timid with new people, but once he recognizes a kind heart, he turns on his motor. He loves to be held and cuddled. Cookie does have some health concerns that require diligence and vigilance though. He should lose a couple of pounds and his litter box activity needs to be closely monitored. He recently experienced a life threatening urinary blockage and he's on a Rx diet as a result. Cookie will do best in a quiet, stress-free indoor home. He previously lived with a dog; he might do well with a gentle dog and another nice cat. If you think this beautiful boy is the one for you, complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
Cooper is a sleek, black kitty with a heart full of love. His cheerful personality shines through in everything he does. Cooper is the perfect mix of mellow moments, playful antics, and affectionate snuggles. He’s the kind of cat who will happily curl up on your lap after a fun play session. While Cooper gets along with most respectful humans, he has a bit of a bold personality around other felines. If he goes to a home with another cat, he definitely needs a slow introduction and lots of scent swapping to ensure success. If you’re interested in meeting Cooper and offering him a forever home, please complete an adoption application at www.queencitycatsvt.org.
