Story
Lenny is the sweetest little striped, brown tiger kitty. He has a white chest, white feet and white at the tip of his tail! There is a tenderness in the expression on his face and his heart is true. Though he is a bit shy, his eyes seem to say he wants to be loved and love in return. He came into the rescue with his brother, who was recently adopted, and an adult cat, Uncle Lee, who cared for the boys when they lived outside! It was so sweet to see! Now that Lenny's brother is in his forever home (with his friend Lindsay) and Uncle Lee is in foster care, Lenny's little face seems to be saying: “Pick me. It's my turn now!” He will be patient, though, because he knows what's meant to be will be. Lenny would do best with a feline friend. If you want to meet Lenny, complete an adoption application at www.queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
Meet Forrest (aka Gerbes!) Forrest—also known as Gerbes, Gerber Baby, or Gerbie: Fully Loaded—is a 2.5-year-old tuxedo charmer with classic good looks and a heart that’s just waiting to open up. He may be a little shy at first, but don’t let that fool you—Forrest warms up quickly and turns into a total sweetheart once he feels safe. His absolute favorite things? Cheek scratches and butt scritches (yes, those are non-negotiable). With his adorable tuxedo coat and gentle, affectionate nature, Forrest is the kind of cat who will quietly steal your heart and then proudly demand pets once he’s settled in. He’d do best in a loving home that gives him a little patience at the start—and a lot of scratches thereafter. A family with older, respectable kids or an adult-only house is the best for him. Story
This adorable, tenderhearted guy is Virgil. He is somewhere between 6 and 7 years old, but his pleading eyes seem kittenish. In contrast, he carries himself with a peaceful resilience of an old, wise soul. He does get the zoomies, he go bonkers for catnip kicker toys and he destroys silver vine chew sticks. Virgil's left eye was blinded because of an unfortunate event that happened when he was very young, but he feels no pain and it doesn't affect his behavior. He would probably coexist well with respectful kids and he does great with other cats as long as the resources are plentiful and he gets his share of human affection. If you want to meet this cute boy, complete an adoption application at queencitycatsvt.org.

Story
Clove is the baby of the crew. He was the last born, the tiniest of the bunch and the last to open his eyes, eat solid food and learn to climb. But he has grown leaps and bounds and is now extremely playful and loves to rough house with his siblings! His favorite things are plastic spring toys and he’ll happily carry one around in his mouth, growling a little at his siblings if they try to take it away and immediately bring it over to the stove or fridge to bat it under so he can help you retrieve it! He’s sweet as can be, loves to be carried and get head scratches. He has the best purr around. He is bonded with his brother Sorrell and would love to be adopted with him. Story
Meet Gracie! Gracie is a sweet and shy 2 year old cat. After she feels comfortable with you she will greet you in bed with night time snuggles and will make “biscuits” on your tummy to show you her comfort. Gracie appears to be a night owl, and very quiet during the day. She would be ideal for a quiet home with potentially another respectable feline friend. She is genuinely a sweetheart, I would even dare say she would be a great therapy cat. If you are interested in meeting Gracie, complete an application at www.queencitycatsvt.org

Story
Artemis “Artie” is the bold leader of the pack! Always the first to try new things. He loves his siblings, but he also loves to wrestle with my adult cats, even one who outweighs him by 10lbs! Artemis is goofy and sweet, loves to play and see what mischief he can find. He loves to ride around on your shoulder getting butt pats, purring the entire time and will jump on your back the second you are leaning over so he can climb his way up to his favorite spot! He is a busy boy who will need plenty of attention and play. Of the crew, he would be fine going off without his siblings, but he would need a home with a slightly older, outgoing, and very playful sibling to keep him busy and teach him the ways of the world! If you want to meet this tuxedo'd gentleman, complete an adoption application at queencitycatvt.org
