Handsome Miss Lucy is an indoor-outdoor two-and-a-half-year-old who loves sleeping in the crook of your legs at night or on your chest as you watch TV. An expert huntress, she will bring you a variety of gifts as proof of her devotion. She's used to a free-access cat door for three seasons of the year, so you will only have to clean the litter box in winter. Toys for her are anything on the counter that you don't want scooted onto the floor, dangly chains, or catnip scattered in an empty Amazon box. She was raised from a kitten with a big dog who loved to boss her around, but she loved her dog and will likely do well with another cat-friendly canine. She is used to having her nails clipped, comes when called, and is always up for a conversation with you. Hidden talents include opening doors you thought were closed tightly and responding quickly to just being shown a squirt bottle. We will truly miss her.

Henry is a mild-mannered gentleman of 11 in good health who enjoys his time outside in warmer weather as much as he does snuggling up to you in bed. We've loved hearing him lightly snore beside us in bed. Last year, we adopted him from a friend who could no longer keep him. She had raised him from a kitten with two big dogs. He has a goofy, creaky meow that he uses to call his neighborhood pals, is completely tolerant of having his nails clipped, and loves a sunny windowsill. He is very much a lap cat who loves to give you a good kneading to let you know it's time to get down to the business of petting him. He’s used to a free-access cat door for three seasons of the year, so you will only have to clean the litter box in winter. He has a serious little face with black spots on his lips and a nubbly tail tip. Like many senior cats, he benefits from having a urinary tract health canned food mixed in with a regular dry food. He enjoys a dose of catnip now and again.

Meet Thunder! Thunder is a 5-month-old tabby kitten with the cutest round face and an affectionate, loving personality. He adores chasing feather toys and will happily entertain you with his playful energy. Thunder is wonderful with kids and would thrive in a family home. Mr. Char-Char, A.K.A. Charlie, is an indoor-outdoor two-and-a-half-year-old who was adopted at 7 months. An excellent mouser and almost a "barn cat," he’s the kind of fellow who will leave for a few days and come home when he’s ready. He usually needs to be called more than once, but in colder months, he will learn your schedule so he doesn’t have to spend more than a night or two out. Incredibly friendly, he visits the neighbors regularly. His meow is quiet; he was raised with (and loved) a big dog. He got along well with both a senior cat and one his age. Used to having his nails trimmed; loves having his face scratched, but not one who regularly seeks out cuddles. When he does want your attention, he stretches out on his side or sits on his hind legs while waving his mittened front paws at you. His fur is especially soft, and he has a thick, floppy raccoon tail. As long as give him all the time he wants outside, you will rarely have to clean a litter box.
