Meet Cashew!Cashew was adopted from us as a kitten and has recently returned to our care after struggling to adjust away from his brother, Pistachio. The good news is that these two brothers are now a bonded pair and are looking for a loving home together!We’re still getting to know Cashew, but so far, we’ve discovered that he has an absolutely adorable, squeaky little meow and enjoys attention and pets. He can be a bit shy when entering a new environment, but his curiosity soon takes over, and it doesn’t take him long to start exploring his surroundings.Cashew is a sweet boy who will likely thrive with a little patience, a gentle approach, and his favorite companion by his side. Dusty is about 1 year old. He is part of a bonded pair with his sister, Kinky. Both adopted us last summer when they were 3-to-5 months old. Both were malnourished. We have had them spayed/neutered and vaccinated for rabies. Both are litterbox trained. Dusty (Russian blue) has a mellow disposition. Likes to be held and petted. Good mouser. Kinky (Tabby with a short kinky tail) is more shy. She is fine with my wife, but very hesitant about me. She likes to be held and petted, but on her terms (does not like to be picked up). A talker, but not loud. She is extremely attached to Dusty, and becomes anxious when she does not know where he is. We have cats, and they all get along. My wife's health is not good, and these cats try to follow her which has resulted in several near falls hence the need to re-home them.

What they truly deserve is a quiet, loving home where they’re finally allowed to stay and feel safe.Both are shy at first, with Peter being the more outgoing of the duo. Once he feels comfortable, Peter will venture out for gentle scratches and playtime, showing just how sweet he really is.
