⸻ 🐾 Looking for a Loving Home for Chalupa 🐾 This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to make, but I’m looking to rehome my sweet girl Chalupa so she can thrive in the right environment. ✨ About Chalupa: • 🐶 4-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog / Pitbull mix • 💕 Extremely sweet, affectionate, and loving • 👶 Great with kids • 🐕 Gets along well with other dogs • 🐈 Does well with cats Unfortunately, Chalupa and her littermate have begun to fight, and despite our love for them both, we’ve learned that littermate syndrome can worsen over time. For everyone’s safety and well-being, we believe Chalupa deserves her own space to be her best self. Chalupa is truly a wonderful dog who loves cuddles, attention, and being part of a family. She deserves a home where she can feel secure, loved, and safe—without conflict. 🏡 Rehoming with care — we want to find the right home for her, not just any home.

Story
Dakota is a young adult probably 3 years old. He weighs about 65 lb. When he arrived he was heartworm positive. He has completed treatment as is doing great. Dakota is friendly but can be distrustful of strangers at first. He walks well on leash and will sit when asked. He can pull a bit. I use a training collar on him. He is well mannered. He will jump up but I've not had him put his feet on me. He loves attention and enjoys going for hikes with me. He would become a devoted, protective companion. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm tested negative (on monthly heartworm and flea preventive) and are microchipped. Upon adoption, the microchip will be registered with your contact information and you will be eligible to activate a free 30 day health insurance policy. If you are interested in Dakota, please contact Gail Posey at 678-361-7304 or email pspp_inc@yahoo.com.

Story
Pepper is a catahoola herding dog mix about 7 years old Bob Hutcheson has had her for 5 years (xxx) xxx-xxxx She is fully vac. and up to date She is a spayed female and chipped She has no medical problems Wt. 28 lbs She is house trained and non-destructive in the house Loves chew toys and balls I run/walk her about 3 miles 3-4 times a week and she runs freely on my 5 acres. She has never run away from home She lives for riding in a car and knows no strangers who may come to the house and will jump in their car, hopefully for a ride. She is friendly toward all strangers and is very affectionate She has never bitten a person She is incredibly aggressive toward most all dogs and has almost killed 2 of our dogs and blinded one resulting in eye extraction. Her aggression toward dogs in our family is sporatic but potentially lethal as happened this week. She is great with my two cats who she has lived with for 5 years Please help us find a suitable home for her.

Story
Meet Cookie Blossom, a 20-pound, Catahoula Leopard Dog/Chihuahua mix, who’s about 2–3 years old and as sweet as her name suggests.   Cookie Blossom is a loving, playful, happy girl. She is friendly with new people she meets after just a little shyness at first.   Cookie enjoys: exploring the yard, going on leisurely walks, or curling up nearby while her people go about their day. She’s just as happy adventuring as she is chilling on the couch in quiet company.   This sweet girl is housebroken although she might have the occasional accident as she settles into a new routine. She walks nicely on leash and is not reactive to calm dogs passing by, but she will pull a bit and bark at passing dogs if they are carrying on. She is crate trained, she sleeps quietly in her crate and stays quietly in her crate when we are out.   She would do well in a home with another furry friend that is receptive to her playfulness and doesn't feel like they need their own separate space.  She would also be fine as an only dog with a family that will get her out for walks and play with her. Even though she's an adult dog there is still some puppy in her. Once she's played out or at the end of the day she's happy to chill alongside her foster mom.   Cookie Blossom is the perfect blend of playful energy and gentle sweetness, ready to bring joy and companionship to her forever family. She is waiting to blossom fully in a home that celebrates her happy heart - whether as a cherished only pet or a playful companion to another friendly dog.       An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          January 21, 2026, 2:37 pm

Story
Pepper is a 7 year old cattle dog and I have had her for 5 years. She is very active and loves to walk/run on leash. She knows simple commands , loves riding in a car. She is not destructive when confined to a space by herself. She has never met a stranger and is very friendly to everyone. She is good with children and has lived with two cats and two other dogs for 5 years. She sleeps through the night on a dog bed or couch and is completely house trained. She has no health conditions and is vaccinated. Now that another smaller dog has entered the home she has gotten in numerous fights with her and has blinded a visiting smaller dog. She is typically aggressive toward other dogs and cannot be trusted with our smaller dog after numerous fights.

Story
This is Mia! I rescued Mia from Newton County Animal Shelter where she was surrendered with her siblings. She just recently turned 1 in November. Mia is an absolute sweetheart with no mean bone in her body! She absolutely loves to be with other dogs and has the energy to play all day! Unfortunately, I have had to come to the incredibly tough decision to rehome her due to my new busy 60+ hour work schedule. Mia is part Catahoula Leopard Dog and Pitbull Terrier, meaning she is a very high drive energy dog! Mia would thrive being in a home where her owners are able to provide her a proper enriching environment for her high energy needs. Mia is shy with people at first, but warms up shortly after to show you her goofy silly self! Please message me if you are interested in having sweet Mia join your family!
