Scooby is a 5 year old Dachshund Bully mix weighing approximately 35 pounds. He was surrendered when his owner lost her job and was forced to move in with relatives. You can see the sadness in his eyes ☹. He is very timid and laid back, complacent and mellow. Needless to say, he is very depressed and won’t even eat (not even treats). His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip. He is heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Rusty was a stray, rescued from the street in 2020 at 18 months old. He is a sweet boy who is housetrained. He is 26 pounds and is a Dachshund mixed with what I think is a pitt/terrier. He is strong for such a little pup. He knows how to sit and stay and will come when called. He does best when crated when you are away, or when taken out regularly when you are home. He would do quite well with a fenced in yard and lots of time to chase lizards. He is a sweet boy who loves snuggles and his toys. I need to rehome him because my kids are now grown and I am not home enough to care for him like he deserves.

This is Randy. I adopted him in 2012 when he was 1. He was abused by his first owner. Randy was my best buddy but then I had kids and am a single mom which has made it really hard to give him the attention he needs. Adelina is a 5yo, 11lb. merle miniature dachshund and her mother Jolene is a 6 1/2yo, 13lb. merle miniature dachshund. These two are extremely bonded and must be adopted together. They are both as sweet as they are cute. They are friendly with all people, dogs and cats. They walk well on leash and ride in the car with no issues, and are crate trained. These smart girls bark a little if they perceive danger, but are easily corrected. They play with toys but their favorite thing is playing together. These girls always want to be near their person, so where you walk they will follow. They came from a good home but sadly their owner had dementia so her family had to surrender them. For anyone wanting a wonderful mini doxie duo, these two are it. Their adoption fee is $250 each.
