Story
This is Flash! He is a sweet boy! Very chill and loving. We have had Flash since he was a puppy, he has never been in a cages and is well trained to use the bathroom outdoors. He loves playing with his toys and is very a very good boy!- Unfortunately due to his constant allergy issues we aren’t able to keep him. He needs constant care, a monthly shot for his allergies and he can only eat his dog food.

Story
🐶 Looking for a New Family for Lego 📍 Location: New York Lego was adopted as a young puppy but was sadly surrendered by his owner after three years. He grew up in an unstable environment with frequent travel back and forth to Boston, which made it difficult for him to form a secure attachment with his guardian. Because of this instability, in moments of fear, panic, or overwhelming stress, he has shown a few defensive or warning bites Lego needs a family who can meet him in person, understand his behavior clearly, and provide the consistent, reassuring environment he needs. City life is simply too overwhelming for him. With a quiet environment and a patient, steady guardian, Lego has every chance to continue improving and becoming more stable. The greatest hope is for Lego to find a peaceful home where he can finally rest. 📌 Basic Information Name: Lego Age: 4 years Gender: Male Weight: 25 lbs Breed: Jindo × Cocker Spaniel mix Color: Brown & White 🐾 Personality & Behavior People: Very fearful/reactive toward new people, warms up more easily to shorter women Children: Not recommended Other Dogs: Best as the only dog Shows resource guarding around food; must be fed separately Cats: Unknown Potty Trained: Yes Crate Trained: No Energy Level: High Touch/Handling: Uncomfortable with physical contact Barking: Quiet when alone; barks at doorbells or hallway noises when someone is home Escape Tendencies: None — manageable with “sit” and “wait” Walking: Martingale collar recommended; pulls with a harness Car Rides: Nervous initially, settles on longer rides Yard: Ideal, but a quiet neighborhood is also fine Living with Other Dogs: Not suitable 🔎 What Lego Needs Lego has fear-based reactivity. His current guardian has invested significant time, training, and management, and he has shown meaningful progress. However, Lego needs: A guardian experienced with reactive or anxious dogs A consistent daily routine A calm environment with low stimulation 🧡 Please Consider Becoming Lego’s Family Once he bonds, Lego is goofy, affectionate, and deeply loyal. He is waiting for a forever family who can provide the quiet suburban environment where he can truly thrive.

Story
Lou Lou is a lovable 6-year-old mixed breed that weighs about 20 pounds and has a gentle, easygoing personality that`s impossible not to adore. She loves being close to her people, happily soaking up cuddles without ever being demanding, and she`s perfectly content lounging on the porch, taking leisurely walks, or enjoying a cozy nap between snack breaks. Chew toys, chicken jerky treats, squeaky toys, and car rides all earn Lou Lou`s enthusiastic approval! Though she has cataracts, she navigates the world remarkably well. Once she`s familiar with her surroundings, she confidently makes her way around the house, carefully takes the stairs, and enjoys sniffing her way through walks at her own thoughtful pace.Lou Lou is looking for a family that appreciates her gentle spirit and will continue helping her thrive. She does best with a consistent potty routine and has learned what `go potty` means, happily earning praise when she heads outside. She`s also made incredible progress with being home alone. What started as separation anxiety has blossomed into peaceful naps while her foster is away. The only thing she`d still vote to skip is a closed crate; she much prefers snoozing in her crate with the door left open. Lou Lou co-exists peacefully with other dogs in her foster home, but people are where she finds her joy. With her calm temperament, good leash manners, and responsive nature, Lou Lou is an easy companion who`s simply looking for someone to share life`s quieter moments with.If you think Lou Lou is for you, complete an app today - and be ready to fall in love. If you’d like to take this pupper home, please fill out an adoption application at this link – https://animalalliesrescue.org/dog-application. The adoption fee is $150 and covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like this one for their forever homes. By the time you meet them, they’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. They’ve been checked by a veterinarian and are up to date on necessary vaccinations, including Rabies and DHLPP. They have also been tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases and have started heartworm and flea preventative medication. Some of our dogs have even undergone extensive medical care to ensure they’re ready for a happy, healthy life with you!
