Story
My pet's name is Jolie, I was told by her original owners that her birthday is November 8th, 2019. She was given to me by someone in my neighborhood whose dog gave birth to a litter of pups. For the past few years, Jolie has been a wonderful part of my family, she is especially fond of my grandma. Whenever my grandma leaves the house she's the type to wait by the door for her to come back. Jolie loves to sleep by my feet and loves to follow me around the house. She has spent time at other homes in the past and does very well with other families and other dogs. Jolie is incredibly sweet. Like most dogs, she loves to play outside and she loves to run.

Story
Introducing Jax – A Heartthrob in Fur!   Meet Jax, a stunning 35 lb Parti-Colored Cocker Spaniel with a sparkling personality and a perfect health report card! Jax is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to fill your life with joy and wagging tails!   Why You'll Love Jax:   A true sweetheart who craves attention and affection! Gets along wonderfully with other pets, both cats and dogs! Fantastic with children; a gentle and playful companion! A passionate swimmer; give him water and watch him go!   Perfect Home for Jax:   Ideally a home with a securely fenced yard for safe play. Another dog companion would be fantastic; he loves playdates!   Jax’s Skills:   Excellent in a kennel and nearly perfect in house manners. He’s quick to adjust and eager to learn! Loves walks but is brushing up on his leash etiquette.   Jax’s energy is infectious, but he knows how to switch to relaxation mode after a fun day of play and cuddles.   Ready to Make Waves with Jax? Reach out to us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com to learn more about adopting Jax or to set up a meet and greet. He’s waiting to make a splash in his forever home!     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comApril 26, 2024, 9:10 pm

Story
Im giving up my dear Milo for adoption due to financial difficulties and lack of time to care for him properly, I want to find a home where he can receive the love and attention he deserves, as I am currently unable to provide it as I would like. Milo is playful , affectionate, but also quite wary. he is up to date with all his vaccinations and is a loyal companion who will fill your life with his energy and affection. he born on April 28, 2022. he also has cherry eyes that might require surgery.

ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hi Everyone! My name is Jane, and I just arrived at CSAC. I was rescued from a puppy mill. I am scared because I have not been around a lot of people or lived in a home as a pet. I have spent my life in a barn, a shed or a cage. The best home for me has people who have dog experience who can help with my training and acclimating to the outside world. The people in my new home should be able to teach me the skills I need to be a great pet: walking on a lead, house training, and socializing. I will need time to trust people who want what is best for me and are not going to hurt me. That is something I have not experienced so far in my life. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will help me to understand that I am a cherished family pet, not just an animal to be used to make money. For more information about this dog, email our Adoption Coordinator. Our adoption process starts with an application. If you are interested in adopting this pup, please click the Adopt menu at the top of the screen, read about our process, and click the application link. The medical and custodial care of the many Cockers in our care is tremendous. More and more dogs are abandoned with urgent and serious medical issues. We are committed to providing the best possible care for these forgotten friends. Unfortunately, the mounting high costs are beginning to limit the number of dogs we are able to take into our program. Even if you cannot adopt or foster one of our current adoptable dogs, please consider making a donation. The Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and your donations are entirely tax deductible. Click the Donate menu at the top of the screen.
