ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! CSAC is adopting Teddy and Smokey as a bonded pair. MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hello, my name is Teddy. I were rescued from a hoarding situation, and my rescuer asked CSAC to help find me a new home. I am friendly, but right now I am a bit nervous since I am not sure what is happening to me right now. I lived with a hoarder with a lot of other animals. My pictures show that I was not well cared for. I feel better now that I was groomed. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with the CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. I tested positive for Lyme and Anaplasmosis disease, but I am taking medication for that. I do have a grade 3 of 6 heart murmur, but everything else is ok. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will turn me into a happy, cherished family pet again. Hope to see you soon. For more information about this dog, email our Adoption Coordinator. Our adoption process starts with an application. If you are interested in adopting this pup, please click the Adopt menu at the top of the screen, read about our process, and click the application link. The medical and custodial care of the many Cockers in our care is tremendous. More and more dogs are abandoned with urgent and serious medical issues. We are committed to providing the best possible care for these forgotten friends. Unfortunately, the mounting high costs are beginning to limit the number of dogs we are able to take into our program. Even if you cannot adopt or foster one of our current adoptable dogs, please consider making a donation. The Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and your donations are entirely tax deductible. Click the Donate menu at the top of the screen. ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hello, my name is Prince. My owner passed away so his sister asked CSAC to help find me a new home. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with the CSAC. I do have dry eye, but a few eye drops take care of that. I need a home where the people are home more than away. I love my people, playing with squeaky toys, and fetching a ball. The best home for me has people who have dog experience who can help with my training. I am energetic, very playful, and jump up on people. My former caretaker says that I am happy, friendly, and loyal. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will turn me into a happy, cherished family pet again. Hope to see you soon. For more information about this dog, email our Adoption Coordinator. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with CSAC. I need a special home to take care of my health and happiness. I am diabetic and I have KCS (dry eye). My new family needs to understand how to take care of my needs. I need insulin to mange my diabetes, and I need eye drops for my dry eye. The Vet says I am wonderful for eye drops and try to give kisses. I do need a diet and exercise to help shed some of my extra pounds. My former owner also says I could be in a home with kids or other dogs or both. Everyone says that I am easy going and sweet. I love attention and being with other people and animals. My name is Blue, and I just arrived at CSAC from a shelter. The best home for me has people who have dog experience. I need a calm home with a fenced yard so I can run and play. I like riding in a car, but I am not fond of meeting other dogs when on a leash. I get scared and over react. I am not good at meeting strangers so I need an owner who can make the best decisions for me when people come to visit. Maggie is very active and playful; she loves toys! Super sweet, she craves attention and is very grateful when she receives it. A fine pup!
