ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ALL OF MY PICTURES ARE AVAILABLE BELOW! MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hi Everyone! My name is Zucchini, and I just arrived at CSAC from a shelter. I was found as a stray dog. I am underweight and need someone to feed me well for awhile. I am a little nervous because everything had changed for me, but I warm up quickly once I am comfortable. I enjoy being held. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with the CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will turn me into a happy, cherished pet. For more information about this dog, email our Adoption Coordinator. Our adoption process starts with an application. If you are interested in adopting this pup, please click the Adopt menu at the top of the screen, read about our process, and click the application link. The medical and custodial care of the many Cockers in our care is tremendous. More and more dogs are abandoned with urgent and serious medical issues. We are committed to providing the best possible care for these forgotten friends. Unfortunately, the mounting high costs are beginning to limit the number of dogs we are able to take into our program. Even if you cannot adopt or foster one of our current adoptable dogs, please consider making a donation. The Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and your donations are entirely tax deductible. Click the Donate menu at the top of the screen. My name is Trixie, and I just arrived at CSAC. I was rescued from a puppy mill. I am shy because I have not been around a lot of people or lived in a home as a pet. The best home for me has people who have puppy experience who can help with my training and acclimating to the outside world. The people in my new home should be able to teach me the skills I need to be a great pet: walking on a lead, house training, and socializing. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ADOPTED! ALL OF MY PICTURES ARE AVAILABLE BELOW! MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hi everyone! My name is Cookie, and I just arrived at CSAC from a shelter. My owner had to go to a facility and her family could not take care of me so I was surrendered to a shelter. I am a senior girl with a few health issues. All the issues are manageable after the kind veterinarian and the staff get everything under control. I have eye infections. Once the infection is gone, I will need drops to maintain healthy eyes. I do have cataracts, but I can see very well. I have ear infections which are being treated. I have had ear infections for a long time, and my ear canals have calcified. It does not bother me. They will need monitored to make sure I do not get future infections. I have a long-term skin infection. I am receiving antibiotics and medicated baths to heal my skin as soon as possible. I will need a proper diet and regular grooming to keep me happy and healthy. Everyone has said I am a total sweetheart who is very good for receiving my eye drops. I need a new home that will take care of me in my golden years and keep me happy and healthy. Can you help me?
