An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.

Story
Meet Clancy ??Clancy is a 15-year-old Cockapoo weighing 27 pounds, and while he may be a senior gentleman, he still has so much love left to give. This sweet boy has been through so much recently. After his owner passed away, Clancy found himself in the shelter. He was confused, grieving, and in pain. He was suffering from painful glaucoma, and the kindest gift we could give him was relief. Clancy has since had both of his eyes removed, along with a much needed dental, and he is recovering beautifully. Now this brave little guy is looking for something every dog deserves: a loving home to call his own.Clancy will need a very special family-one with patience, compassion, and a big heart for senior dogs. While we don’t know how much time this precious boy has left, we do know he deserves to spend every single day surrounded by love, comfort, soft beds, yummy treats, and people who will absolutely spoil him rotten.Blind dogs adapt incredibly well, and Clancy is ready to show the right family just how resilient and loving he is. He has tested well with other dogs and has kept his kennel clean. If you have room in your heart for this deserving senior boy, please submit an adoption application on our website www.justice-rescue.com. Can`t adopt? Please share to help this senior guy.Justice Rescue - 17663Malvern, PA 19355

Story
When we first got Toby from his first family he was aggressive. However we kept a nozzle on him for 2 days to prevent any attacks. After those days were over he calmed down and we got him to feel comfortable. Whoever wants to adopt Toby will have to go through the same process as we did. He is two years old and he is extremely playful and gets really attached.

I have been in a foster home, and I am ready for my new home! I have been working on my commands and learning my adult dog skills, but I am still all puppy. Watch my videos linked below. My leg has healed, and you can see it does not slow me down. As I get older, I may need some arthritis medication, but the more exercise I get now, the better it will be when I am older. I need a yard to run around, long walks, playtime, and help continuing my transition from puppy to adult dog. I prefer hard to chew toys (the soft ones are not a challenge) and a good lap to cuddle into at night. You know you want to be my cuddle buddy! Please apply for me today. 06/13/2026 - Videos: Leo loves to run and play. Leo loves to play with his toy. MY ORIGINAL INTAKE INFORMATION: Hello, my name is Leo. My owner started have an allergic reaction to me so she asked CSAC to help find me a new home. The best home for me has people who have puppy experience who can help continue my training. I am sweet, very playful. I enjoy cuddling, playing with toys and being around people. I am house trained and crate trained. I even know some commands like sit, stay and outside. I do have a limp when I walk. I broke my back leg and it did not heal correctly. Right now, I am in the caring hands of one of the great Vets that work with the CSAC. They are checking me out and making sure I am healthy. Hopefully, I will find my new family that will turn me into a happy, cherished family pet again. Hope to see you soon. The medical and custodial care of the many Cockers in our care is tremendous. More and more dogs are abandoned with urgent and serious medical issues. We are committed to providing the best possible care for these forgotten friends. Unfortunately, the mounting high costs are beginning to limit the number of dogs we are able to take into our program. Even if you cannot adopt or foster one of our current adoptable dogs, please consider making a donation. The Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and your donations are entirely tax deductible. Click the Donate menu at the top of the screen. My name is Blue, and I just arrived at CSAC from a shelter. The best home for me has people who have dog experience. I need a calm home with a fenced yard so I can run and play.
