Story
This baby has a magnetic personality and a lifetime of love to give. He is gentle and affectionate, and smart as a whip! He'll be solving algebra problems soon if you let him! He's: * Super sweet and kind * affectionate and cuddly * very friendly * willing to play at the drop of a hat Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. MICHIGAN RESIDENTS—>PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://new.shelterluv.com/form/other/TAP/2450-michigan-adoption Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications. The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport. Thank you SO MUCH for giving a homeless Arkansas pup a chance at a real life with a family of their very own!

Fenced yard required Fostered near Britton, MI https://www.collierescue.org/dogs/2054 Murray is a smart, energetic, and affectionate young Collie with a big personality and love for his people. He enjoys treats, toys, and a good game of fetch, and he’s always eager to learn, making him a rewarding match for an active home that can offer structure, playtime, and continued guidance as he grows into the wonderful companion he is meant to be. This handsome boy is fully housebroken, comfortable in a crate, and settles well when left alone. He has learned not to destroy his toys, is improving with waiting at doors, and comes when called. Murray is highly intelligent and loves to learn—he even figured out how to let himself back inside by using a lever-style doorknob! Murray thrives on attention and affection. He loves to be part of whatever his family is doing. One of his favorite things is greeting his foster mom with morning snuggles. He responds well to treats, chews, toys, and calm, consistent routines. He navigates stairs with ease and has done well with grooming after overcoming his initial fear of the high-velocity dryer. Murray gets along well with other dogs and cats. He enjoys canine companionship but is still learning appropriate play manners and can be a bit exuberant at times. A family willing to provide supervision, structure, and continued guidance will help him continue making great progress. Because Murray can be sensitive to certain sights and sounds outside of the fence, he would do best in a quieter environment with minimal outside distractions. A dog savvy, active home with a securely fenced yard, clear expectations, and plenty of physical and mental enrichment will be ideal for this bright young Collie. Murray is a happy, affectionate Collie who is ready to share his heart with a family of his own. With continued guidance, patience, and love, he will grow into a wonderful companion and a loyal best friend for years to come. Story
Jasmine is a gentle girl who has never know what it’s like to have a family or what it’s like to be a dog.She was one of dozens of dogs tied up on a property where “ accidental “ puppies randomly happened and she came to live with her FOCCAS foster along with her three puppies. Her puppies moved out and she is slowly beginning to trust. She’s super sweet and wants to be a part of what is going on. Broken dogs take a while to heal but she is ready to accept that change and has came a long way in her journey. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Story
My name is Fancy . I am estimated to be 2 years old. I am a very sweet girl, but I have a very quirky personality. I am very good in the house ; I am crate trained and have used a doggie door. I love jumping right in the car and going for rides ! I walk on a leash every day currently. When I first meet people, I am very cautious, and act scared. I defiantly bond very fast to women. Young kids scare me, and I tend to go hide in my safe place , my crate. Once I feel comfy around you , I act just like every other dog. I love to give kisses , play with my toys and go for walks on the leash. I love fresh carrots for a treat or a big rawhide to chew on. I have lived with several dogs before and enjoy their company. All my vet work is done, and I am microchipped. My adoption fee covers transport from Tennessee. I can be a very good loyal companion in the right setting. I don’t necessarily need a fenced in yard if you walk me on a leash every day.

Story
Nimbus is a mixed‑breed boy who most closely resembles a Bohemian Spotted Dog, and his personality is every bit as lovely as his looks. He’s gentle, kind, goofy, and incredibly affectionate — the type of dog who loves to hold hands, give kisses, and curl up right beside you. He’s wonderfully social with other dogs and often acts as a calming buffer for pups who can be a bit selective. Smart and eager to learn, Nimbus thrives on training and is especially motivated by play; his favorite toy is a stuffed duck that quacks like the real thing. He’s expressive, full of personality, and truly wants to be someone’s best friend. Because he’s easily startled by quick movements and feels nervous around small children, he would be happiest in a calm home without them. With the right family, Nimbus will be the most loyal, loving, and joyful companion — the perfect boy waiting for his perfect match.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
