Story
Meet Mr Milo! Milo is a young, small breed super mutt mix about 20lbs and 1 year old. He arrived by way of Stockton Animal Shelter where he was kenneled with 2 other dogs that he may have known in the past. Milo is GOOD with cats and currently in foster with one. He is playful with dogs and is very puppy like but knows his boundaries. Mr Milo is a super cuddle muffin with his people - always by your side and we think he would make a wonderful emotional support animal. Milo is currently working with a trainer to learn that strangers are okay! He would do best with slow and patient introductions to new people, preferably a quiet home with adults only. Milo is house and crate trained with good house manners. He loves car rides and going on walks! Treat motivated, making him easy to train and he is a people pleaser! Milo would love a backyard to play fetch along with a confident dog role model. $150 adoption donation includes: neuter, exam, rabies, DHPP, bordatella, microchip, fecal test and HW test In Foster Woodland CA Interested in adopting? 1. Please complete our online form at heartsforpawsrescue.com/adoption-application 2. We will respond in 1-3 days for a call! 3. If it sounds like a potential match for you and the dog of interest, we will promptly set up a meet and greet at the foster home Please note we are a foster-based rescue meaning our dogs are in individual foster homes throughout sac and the bay. For this reason we may only be able to schedule meets for one dog at a time (or litter). The average timeline between app submission and a meet and greet is 3-5 days. Please only submit an application for a specific dog if you are ready to adopt that animal within a week's time. Follow facebook.com/heartsforpawsrescue & Instagram @heartsforpawsrescue for more! Story
Winston is a beautiful, loyal, and intelligent pup. He is just over one year old and I was able to rescue him from an unethical breeder. I have had him since he was about 8 weeks old and unfortunately, I am unable to care for him anymore at my apartment. Winston does have some fear issues and is the main reason why I am unable to home him here. Some aggression. He has a neutering appointment May 5th, 2023 with Napa Humane Society. It breaks my heart to write this, but I ultimately just want the best life for him. I think he would do better with a family with hopefully other dogs and who is able to give him the attention he deserves. Winston is very loyal, but I am stuck on learning how to train his personality. He loves to run, chew, and cuddle. Medium energy levels and a mentality to please his master. He is crate trained, potty trained, and knows obedience commands. He is lovable and gets along with other dogs. I love Winston and in that I want to give him the best life he deserves.

Story
These two cuties are located in Sacramento and looking for their forever home, together. They weigh 9lbs each, though little Syd is working on losing a little extra winter weight. Both get along great with all people, dogs of all sizes, and cats. They affectionately groom one another, enjoy spending time outside in the sun, and do well on a leash. They’re easily two of the most wonderful dogs to have ever entered Gunter’s Legacy Rescue. If you’ve been thinking about adopting a pair of cutie pies, consider 6-year-old Sydney and 2-year-old Libby. ##1696440##

Here is a list of things that should help us answer you in a more timely manner. 1. When you apply please always use the same email address. If we need to look something up later and you used a different email we are often not able to find it. 2. Adopt a Pet and Petfinders ask you to send us an enquiry. This always delays our response. (Why) a. Our biographies are always very detailed. Therefore sending an enquiry asking us to repeat what it says in the biography causes a lot more work and delays our response. b. We are a small non-profit and do not always have the help to answer as many enquiries as we get. c. Again our Biographies are very detailed and if you just click the link near the bottom of their bio you can fill out an application which we will respond to. 3. For the AFC website (scroll down to the bio at the bottom it says (apply to adopt today- click that link) www.animalfriendsconnect.org 4. For Petfinders ( scroll down to the biography then click the adoption link) http://animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-application-dogs/ 5. For Adopt a Pet (scroll way down past “Ask about me”) you will see the biography and underneath that will be the adoption questionnaire link. Story
Mama Rosie a 4yr old Chi mix and her 2 8 week old pups Luna (Blonde) and Zena (Black) are all looking for individual homes of their own! We don't know who daddy was, but they made some cute pups! They have all been spayed, given appropriate vaccines and are microchipped. Rosie would prefer a home with dogs of similar size, she is not a fan of larger dogs. They all get along with cats and kids. Rosie is house trained, the puppies are working on it! Rosie's adoption fee is $250, puppy adoption fees are $375. If you're interested in adoption please fill out an adoption application on our website Www.pitsrus.org ##1502365##
