Story
Hello, my name is Kobe.  I'm a 2-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund/Hound mix boy that would love a forever home with you.  My current weight is 26 pounds and I should fully grown.  I am good with children and other dogs. I enjoy playing with my siblings and romping around in the yard with my toys. I  am hoping to get a home soon because I am still a young dog and I have been waiting for my family to find me.  I was rescued off the street with my brother, and have been living with my foster who has other dogs for me to play with, so if you have dogs I will be happy to have new siblings. I am sweet and playful, and you won't regret bringing this face into your life.  You should know that just because I share a name with a famous basketball player, full disclosure - I cannot play basketball.  I mean, I like playing with balls but they are too big to fit in my little mouth.  The video is of me when I was just a baby and a new one of me grown up.If you rent a house you must provide proof with application that you are able to have a dog almost 30 lbs.Applications are available here on the website under ADOPTION.I will come to you neutered and fully vetted. Adoption fee: $475.00  ##1503700##

Story
Peanut and Bella came into the shelter together and seem pretty bonded. Peanut is the more outgoing of the two, but she also follows Bella around and copies everything she does. Both are pretty hand shy, but Peanut will let you pick her up after she trusts you. She also walks nicely on leash and does not react to other dogs. She appears dog friendly and housetrained. Peanut and Bella would really like a place to live out their retirement years in peace and quiet. If you have that sort of home to offer, they’ll reward you with much love and loyalty.

Bella and Peanut came into the shelter together and seem pretty bonded. Bella is the more wary of the two, but she is also the leader; Peanut follows her around and copies everything she does. Both are pretty hand shy, and Bella will not allow you to harness her. But she walks fine on a martingale collar and stays right beside you, passing other dogs with no issues. She also appears housetrained. Bella and Peanut would really like a place to live out their retirement years in peace and quiet. Story
Fatboy is neither fat nor slim, nor is he a British DJ. He’s just the right size for all of your adventures. Fatboy is very slightly on the reserved side and a little hand shy, until he’s comfortable with you. Treats help to make a smooth introduction. After that, he is content to walk beside you and is very polite doing so. Fatboy is very much an adult dog, pretty mellow and not needing a ton of attention. He’s content to sit beside you and watch what you are doing. He is very attentive and sensitive. Fatboy also appears fine with other dogs. He doesn’t love loud noises or sudden movements, especially with doors. He appears very housetrained and would love to go home, if you think he might be the right fit for you!
