You can see the sadness in his eyes ☹. He is very timid and laid back, complacent and mellow. Needless to say, he is very depressed and won’t even eat (not even treats). His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip. He is heartworm negative and on monthly prevention. Apply to Adopt Me! Rudy is a sweet, affectionate chiweenie (dachshund/chihuahua mix) who is approx. 3 years old and weighs 14lbs. This boy is ready for a fresh start. Rudy adores cozy blankets, being close to his people, and soaking up attention. He’s currently healing from minor dermatitis and is doing great with loving care. He's been extremely sweet with kids in the home, is crate trained and doing well with house training. Rudy walks well on a leash and loves to go for walks. He is a bit barky to other dogs at a distance, and although his foster mom doesn't have other dogs, we believe he will be fine once he gets to know a friendly doggy friend. He hasn't started playing with toys yet, but does love his Benebone. He rides well in a car, and sleeps quietly through the night. Apply to Adopt Me! Lil Tillie is a 7-month-old, 15lb., happy hearted, tail wagging ball of energy that loves everyone she meets! We are not sure how big she will get, but we are guessing smaller to medium size. This dachshund mix loves all kinds of toys and playing with other dogs. She doesn't seem to mind if they are large or small (in her mind she's big stuff). She's still working on potty training and will use pee pads. She sleeps through the night in her puppy pen. Leash training is still a work in progress, but seems to enjoy car rides. She is not a big barker, but does chime in with other dogs with her big bark if they are voice. Because she's young and energetic with typical puppy behavior, Tillie will thrive in a home where exercise, positive training along with puppy classes, and lots of love are made a priority. Since she is a high-energy puppy, we would love for her to have a fenced yard to run and play in. A bonus would be another playful dog in the home; if the home does not have that, she will need continued and ongoing socialization with other dogs. She does well with kids, and although her puppy nipping is getting better, young kids may find her to be too much. If you believe you have the perfect active home for Lil Tillie, complete an app and tell us more about your family. This is Randy. I adopted him in 2012 when he was 1. He was abused by his first owner. Randy was my best buddy but then I had kids and am a single mom which has made it really hard to give him the attention he needs. He just loves to love one person and will be attached to you if you let him. He doesn’t love other dogs specifically when he sees them walking outside. Thank you for considering Randy.

Rescued from the forest area, this little girl is lucky to be alive! She is timid and sweet. The good Samaritans that found her had to trap her because she was so afraid. She is doing well with love and kindness and we are working on finding her a forever family. She is young.  With adult teeth but possibly still under a year.  Bailey will need a fenced in property as she is a flight risk.  She is shy at first and scared to trust.  Once you earn her trust she is a silly girl.  She ADORES cats and loves to play with both dogs and cats.  She is a happy little girl but it is evident that she has not lived a happy life before coming to us.  Every new noise, anything new that you introduce her to scares her.  She will need an understanding home. ##2345741##

He is timid but has come a long way. He loves to play tug of war and he is very strong. He gets along with the other dogs but has not been cat or kid-tested. He is friendly and lovable when he gets to know you. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip. He is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention.
