Story
Sammy is the epitome of cute and adorable . At 10 weeks of age and 5lbs, we expect hell mature around 15lbs. Sammy is a mix of Doxie and possibly Poodle. His coat is soft and fluffy. Sammy is very self assured, plays with our much larger resident dogs and has been around our young grandchildren. Because of his small size, a home with older children or a retired couple, would be ideal. Sammy is a confident pup and in a loving home, will certainly thrive. For an application, go to puppiesandmorerescue.org Completed application, should be sent to puppiesandmore@yahoo.com Adoption donation of $475 plus $100 deposit which will be returned to you once your puppy is spayed or neutered and microchipped at your Vet or a clinic by 6.5 months old Puppies and More Rescue is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. *** Breed determination in most cases is often based on the limited history typically available for most rescued animals. We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we have and the Rescue assessment of the pup. Story
Hi!  My name is Charlie and I am looking for a forever home.  Me and my friend were surrendered to a small rescue after our owners claimed we were "chasing chickens" and said they no longer wanted us.  A volunteer with that rescue contacted BCAA to see if they could help us and they said yes!  I appear to be a dachshund mix (no telling what that mix might be!), am only around 1 year old but past all of that puppy foolishness and I weigh a little over 21lbs, not too small but not too big.  I love getting attention even more than getting treats (but I won't turn one down!).  I have gotten along with all of the other dogs I have met and haven't bothered those things called cats that I've encountered.  I have done really well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of bedding.  I'm good on leash and enjoy going on walks as it means I get to be with you and out on an adventure.  If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter. Meet pair of doxie mixes so hoping for a forever home together, Tommy and Teddy! They came from a hoarder home filled with doxies, chis, pugs; were adopted but lost their home when their owner became unable tp care for them. They have been doing well in foster care, like other dogs/playing. Teddy is shy at first; both sweet, affectionate boys, love belly rubs. Three years, chubby at 17 and 18 pounds, need to continue to lose a few pounds each. They'll be great new family members. Fostered near Philadelphia. Adoption fee $750 pair. www.longdogsrescue.org/application

Story
Our little man Deeks is ready for lots of loving in his very own forever home! Four years, 10 pounds, he came to rescue as a breeder release. Shy at first, he warms up pretty quickly, responds well to sweet-talk, a gentle touch and a bit of patience. Deeks really enjoys exploring in his foster home's fenced yard; will likely learn to leash walk.  Deeks is fine with other dogs, would enjoy a small doggie non-alpha buddy. Fostered near Philadelphia, PA. Adoption fee $475. www.longdogsrescue.org/application

Story
Darling duo Lexie and Pepper Jack are 3-year old minis looking for their forever home together! Full of major doxie personality, they came to rescue from an at-home breeder, having had much more contact with people than most releases. Both adore their humans, want to be close as can be a good part of every day. Lexie is shy at first, warms up fairly quickly. Pepper Jack is very timid, needs time, patience to feel comfortable. (He hides when a visitor enters his foster home.) Both are energetic youngsters, good with other small dogs, love to play with one another and others; enjoy running in a fenced yard. They are not a match for shared-wall living. Lexie and Pepper Jack are sweet, funny, just adorable tiny best friends! Fostered near Philadelphia, PA. Adoption fee $950 pair. www.longdogsrescue.org/application
